KARA’s Goo Hara revealed her fellow group members’ pet dogs!

On May 11th, Goo Hara wrote on her Twitter, “Chino, Ang E, Kking Kkang, and Mocha finally met. This is a hectic dog’s world, we’re just watching and laughing..hehe It’s sad that Jung (Kang Ji Young) dogs aren’t here with us.”

In this picture, there are 4 dogs leisurely playing on top of a sofa. Ang E is Goo Hara’s dog, Mocha and Chino is Nicole’s dog, and Kking Kkang is Park Gyuri’s pet dog.

Netizens who saw this picture stated, “This is so lovely” “The dogs have a good relationship with each other!” “The cute dogs are the same as their owners!”

T-ara’s Eunjung reminisces with past selcas

It looks like T-ara’s Eunjung took some time off her busy schedule to reminisce past memories, as the idol star recently uploaded past photos that she had kept saved on her phone.

On May 11th, Eunjung uploaded two pictures and tweeted, “I’m good looking. Last year fall. In the practice room hehe.”

The first picture displays a four-shot selca of Eunjung that was edited to give a blue, mysterious undertone. The second picture shows a full body shot of the T-ara member, with her wearing a brown top and black jeans, completed with a baggy brown jacket.

Fans on her Twitter made comments such as, “You’re still good looking now~~”, “These kinds of pictures! So full of charms”, and “Ha… So pretty… it’s like a photoshoot…”.

May prepares itself for a rush of girl groups once again

May is already shaping up to be a fierce month in the music industry. Boy band comebacks went head-to-head earlier this year, but the wave seems to have ebbed in favor of girl groups, as companies attempt to rush their comebacks as the first quarter comes to a close. 4minute and f(x) have already begun promoting, and will soon be joined by 2NE1 and miss A in the coming weeks.

As previously reported, 2NE1 is on track with a unique promotion system where they’ll be promoting a new title track every three weeks up to their first concert this August. Their first song, “Lonely“, is already achieving a perfect all-kill across the charts, despite the fact that it’s not their title track.

f(x), who made their comeback late last month, took home their first trophy with “Pinocchio”, and are only getting stronger by the day.

Representatives of SM Entertainment revealed, “f(x) will be actively promoting in Korea through May. Because of the SM Tour in June, they’ll have more schedules overseas, but there’s still a possibility that they will promote a follow-up in response to the interest fans have been showing.”

4minute have also led a fierce promotion cycle with “Mirror Mirror” thus far, but just because they’re promoting their follow-up, “Heart to Heart“, it doesn’t mean they’re ready to wind down. The girls are coming at us full force, as Cube Entertainment revealed, “The girls will continue to promote their first album by mid-June the longest. We still have plenty left to show.”

Member HyunA will also be transitioning into her solo album activities immediately after 4minute concludes their cycle.

miss A is the rookie group out of this batch, but they’re proving to be tough competition. “Love Alone” is already generating high interest amongst fans, and the girls even recently received the opportunity to perform at Kim Yuna’s ice show.

Since there are still plenty of other girl groups to be included in this rush (such as After School andSISTAR19), it truly does seem like May was dominated by headlines of girl group comebacks.

"Horror-dol" Eunjung will she hit it big with another horror film?

"Horror-dol" Eunjung's second horror film attempt is gathering attention of her fans.

Girl group T-ara's Ham Eun Jung is returning to horror film industry for the first time in 3 years with the movie "White-Cursed Melody" which is set to open on June 9th.

Eun Jung showed her impressive acting in the 2008 film, "Death Bell" and caught the eyes of many horror film fans. This movie gathered 1.7 million viewers despite the low budget and surprised everyone movie critic. Ham Eun Jung's acting definitely contributed to such success. Her acting wasn't great and she showed a few mistakes, but the fact that she is a member of a popular idol group and that she was a new face in the movie industry appealed to the movie-goers.

Since then, she worked on her acting with the dramas "Coffee House" and "Dream High" and took the role of the leading role in this upcoming horror film. She is Eun Ju, the leader of a girl group Pink Dolls who didn't get to shine and ends up succeeding as a solo artist, singing an ownerless song, "White." However, since she started to sing the song, she is caught up in many incidents and accidents.

"White" is getting lots of attention since the story is about an idol group and the mysterious things that happen to the members, and the main character is played out by a girl group member.

Also Ham Eun Jung experienced the haunted house recently with Hyo Min and Ji Yeon to increase her bravery in the Kyung Ki, Pa Ju district.

Movie industry representatives said "We expect her acting to be superb since she has worked on it even while promoting her songs as a member of T-Ara. Although the genre is horror, which shows the most split in the reactions from the viewers, we expect the movie to do fairly well in the box office with Ham Eun Jung as the leading role.

"City Hunter" Goo Hara cute split hair "Candy girl"

"City Hunter" Goo Ha-ra is cute and lovely 'candy girl'.

Goo Ha-ra is the youngest daughter of the president with a bubbly personality in the SBS drama "City Hunter" coming on the 25th.

Goo Ha-ra's 'candy girl' is when the president's daughter Da-hye attends an academy to get into university and takes lessons with her bodyguard Na-na (Park Min-yeong). She should be studying hard but with no passion to enter university, Da-hye listens to music through her earphones or acts indifferent while eating candy.

Goo Ha-ra looked as if she was possessed by this repeater character with her hair tied in two in an academy at the beginning of April. Looking displeased at the fact of having a bodyguard follow her around because she is a president's daughter, Goo Ha-ra managed to looked bad tempered and childish.

Goo Ha-ra is also known as the 'cutie Ha-ra Goo' among the staffs and actors. Especially the Goo Ha-ra licking a lollipop caught everyone's eyes it seems.

Da-hye in the drama throws love bombs at Yoon-seong (Lee Min-ho). The love proposeGoo Ha-ra will show towards Lee Min-ho is highly looked forward to.

The productions say, "The character of Da-hye and Goo Ha-ra are alike in many ways. She is enthusiastic towards acting and sincere so it might be worth looking forward to her as an actress and not a singer".

Kara's leader Park Gyuri and maknae kang Jiyoung displays their friendship on a phonecall

On MBC Pyojun FM 'Shindong, Park Gyuri Shimshimtapa', Park Gyuri and Kang Jiyoung had a phone call conversation with one another, displaying their close friendship.
Jiyoung said "I'm currently still having lessons and schoolwork".

After picking the phone up Jiyoung jokingly said "Who.. am I~???" to which Gyuri replied "I wouldn't know.." and "eii~ Gyuri unni you're the one that is calling me".
Jiyoung adds "These days theres been a little bit of free time so I've been attending lessons in school. I'm 18 but I need to hurry up and get ready for college soon."

Jiyoung's puppies were recently revealed, "I have 4 of them. Their names are Jisook, Myungsoo, Hongsun and Boksili."
Shindong jokingly said "Park Myungsoo (MC and comedian) looks bigger to me though"
While Jiyoung replied "Ah but my Myungsoo has bigger eyes!".

It was also revealead that Jiyoung likes foot ball and her favourite football player is Park Jisung.
With that, Shindong and Gyuri ended the segment by playing Kara's Rock U, to which Jiyoung said "I love it!"..

Reunion party for KARA's pet dogs!

KARA's Goo Hara shared a new photo on her twitter recently.

As you can see in the photo above,the dogs in the photos are KARA's members' pet dogs.

Ang E belongs to Hara，Mocha and Chino are Nicole's pet dogs while Kking Kkang is leader Gyuri's pet dog!

Unfortunately Ji Young's dog Jung wasn't there with them.

It's great to see KARA united again,when will they make a Korean comeback?I am totally anticipating it!

T-ara Hyomin turned down a historical drama because she is busy?

Hyomin from girl group T-ara is said to be cast for the MBC historical drama "Gyebaek".

Her management told Newsen on the 12th, "It is true that we had a meeting with the drama staff but there has been no confirmation. She has started filming the movie "Gisaeng Soul" and she is busy with working on her new album".

MBC historical drama "Gyebaek" (written by Jeong Hyung-soo and directed by Kim Geun-hong) with Lee Seo-jin as the lead is about the era of general Gyebaek.

Meanwhile, "Gyebaek" is to be be shown in July after "Ripley" which is a follow up of "The Duo" on MBC.

Hyomin from T-ara has been cast for movie "Gisaeng Soul" and is currently filming it.

KARA resume activity by recording for SBS Strong Heart!

Kara resumes their activity since their internal discord and feud with their parent company by attending in the recording for Strong Heart today.

A representative (of Kara) told Newsen today (May 12th 2011) that "all 5 members of Kara was present for the recording of SBS Strong Heart today".

At today's recording, Kara members Park Gyuri, Han Seungyeon, Goo Hara, Jung Nicole and Kang Jiyoung talked about their hardships and how they felt during the discord with their parent company, DSP Media.

It was disclosed on the 19th of January that the 3 members that were in the lawsuits against DSP Media, was Kang Jiyoung, Jung Nicole and Han Seungyeon.
During the 100 days of the lawsuit, the 3 members and DSP held alot of discussions in order to come to a compromise to their contracts.
It was an utmost importance to maintain the 3 members in Kara in which case DSP has made a public apology to the fans since the lawsuit was settled.


Much to the delight of many, DSP has asked for the fans for forgiveness and has promised that Kara will be resuming their activities very soon.
DSP adds "The confusion between DSP and Kara has been a misfortune, but it is often said that bad luck often brings good luck after.
Kara will continue to do their very best in the future."

SBS Strong Heart will be Kara's first kickoff to their resumption of their activities.

Meanwhile, Kara will have an official fanmeet on the 11th of June 2011, 6pm in the evening at Jamsil Stadium which is just right around the corner.
