Shin Se Kyung is ready for battle in ‘Sudden Attack’ CF

Following miss A’s Suzy, lovely actress Shin Se Kyung became the next model for Nexon’s popular first-person shooter online game, ‘Sudden Attack’.

Nexon recently introduced its large-scale update project ‘The New World.’ On July 11, it officially released the new commercial starring Shin Se Kyung on ‘Sudden Attack’ official website.

In the commercial video, Shin Se Kyung meets her friends after a long time at a restaurant. Her friend suddenly points a gun to her head with the words, “It’s good to see you”. Shin Se Kyung doesn’t get bewildered in such suspenseful atmosphere and replies, “Not as much as I am.”

‘PATi PATi’ magazine sells out for the first time in 30 years with TVXQ as cover

TVXQ once again displayed unparalled popularity in Japan.

The duo was recently featured in the monthly music magazine ‘PATi PATi’ for the month of August, and the issue was immediately sold out for the first time in the magazine’s 30 year history, evidencing the TVXQ’s effect.

The publisher said, “In Japan, it’s rare to hear of a magazine to be sold out. We’ve been flooded with online orders since reservations began, so we decided to reprint the issue for the first time.” 

The publisher added that this is the first time a reprint decision has been made for ‘PATi PATi’ since the magazine’s creation in 1984.

Ailee injures ankle at ‘Music Bank’ recording

It has been revealed that Ailee injured her ankle during the rehearsal for her comeback performance on ‘Music Bank’.

Ailee’s agency revealed on July 12 that the singer fell and seriously injured her left ankle on the 10th. Despite her injury, Ailee showed her strong determination and went on stage to rehearse for her comeback performance on ‘Music Bank’.

The agency added that Ailee will continue to receive treatment while continuing her album promotions.

In just a week since their comeback, Davichi has already found themselves at the top of Billboard's 'K-Pop Hot 100' chart!

Davichi's "Missing You Today" debuted at #1 on the 'K-Pop Hot 100' Chart updated on the 11th, once again proving the duo to be consistent chart toppers.

Lee Seung Chul's "My Love", Dynamic Duo's "BAAAM", SISTAR's "Give It To Me",  and Kim Ye Rim's "All Right", also ranked in the top 5.

Japanese music magazine 'PATi PATi' sells out for the first time in 30 years with TVXQ as cover models

TVXQ left no doubt that they really are the kings representing Kpop in Japan as they've just managed to help make history once again! 

The pair was recently featured as the cover models for Japan's monthly music magazine 'PATi PATi', and the issue sold out for the first time in the magazine's 30 year history! 

Japan's Oricon reported, "The monthly music magazine 'PATi PATi's August issue was sold out completely on the day of release. Due to the explosive response towards TVXQ, they've decided to reprint for the first time."

The publishers said, "In Japan, it's rare to hear of a magazine to be sold out. As soon as it was revealed that TVXQ were the cover models, we got a floor of pre-orders."

Ailee injures ankle at 'Music Bank' filming

It's been belatedly reported that Ailee injured her ankle while preparing for her comeback stage on 'Music Bank'. 

Her agency YMC Entertainment stated, "After falling on the 10th, Ailee injured her left ankle. Though she's received treatment, she's still in pain. However, because she strongly desired to go through with her comeback and the fans who've waited for her new album, she forced her way for her comeback with 'U&I'."

The label also added that Ailee will continue to receive treatment and that they plan to do everything they can to make sure her injury does not get worse.

Talented female soloist Ailee is finally back with second mini album ‘A’s Doll House’ and title track, “U & I”.

The title track “U & I” is a funky tune that features Ailee’s powerful vocals. The song was co-written by K-Pop hitmaker Shinsadong Tiger, and sings about a girl sending a warning message to a man who changed his heart.

Ailee is one of the promising singers in the music scene known for her strong pipe. She once again displayed her strong performance skills on her first comeback performance on ‘Music Bank’.

Super Junior releases album digest for Japanese album ‘Hero’

Super Junior will be releasing its first studio album ‘Hero’ in Japan and they just released an album digest to give fans a preview of the upcoming tracks.

The album will contain a total of 11 tracks, including the title song “Hero” as well as “Bonamana”, “Opera”, “Mr. Simple” and more. It will be available in three versions and will be released in Japan on July 24.

The new mini album will be filled with Ailee’s own music color of funk, contemporary R&B, slow tempo R&B and hybrid soul, namely in “U & I,” “No No No,” “Rainy Day,” “I’ll be OK,” “Scandal” and “How Could You Do This To Me”.

2NE1 has just released a dance practice video for their latest title track, “Falling in Love”.

On July 12, 2NE1 updated its official Youtube channel with a dance practice video for “Falling in Love”, showing the four talented ladies of 2NE1 dancing gracefully in the latest reggae track. The video gives the fans a closer look at the choreography of the song.

“Falling in Love” is the group’s first release after a year-long break. The song is 2NE1’s first-ever summer reggae song that perfectly reflects the group’s unique music style and color.
