Hyomin shows off a $34 jacket she bought in Italy

T-ara‘s Hyomin was quite happy with her amazingly thrifty purchase yesterday.

On May 16th, Hyomin tweeted, “Leather jacket I bought in Italy for $34. I must be a god of shopping. Hohoho,” and shared the above picture.

The picture showed Hyomin in a loose-fitting leather jacket and jeans. Her jacket is receiving attention for its good quality despite its affordable price, especially when considering it came from the streets of Italy where expensive brand names thrive.

The T-ara member’s followers commented, “No matter what [piece of] clothing, if noona wears it then it’s an expensive brand,” “The size seems too big,” and “She pulls off anything because her frame is good.”

Hyomin becomes stylist for Gang Kiz debut stage

Rookie girl group Gangkiz will be styled by T-ara's Hyomin for their debut stages.

Before their debut, Gangkiz was helped by Hyomin for their music video. Hyomin will also help as their stylist director for their first broadcast by coming up with the concept and buying the clothing for the members, which she hopes will be eye-catching.

Hyomin became a stylist for Gangkiz's "HONEY HONEY" which is a dance style song, so she needed to find clothes to fit that concept. She looked for the past two days around Seoul to find the perfect stage outfits.

Hyomin is known for her airport fashion and being a fashion icon among idols, and her fashion choices often become popular online.

Hyomin said, "Starting with May 18th's 'Music Bank' and then 'Music Core' and 'Inkigayo', please expect a lot from Gangkiz's 'HONEY HONEY'. Please pay lots of attention, since I'm participating as their fashion stylist."

Gangkiz's mini-album was released yesterday, and their drama music video was released the day before. Both have been receiving hot reactions.

Shinee "Noble yet not exorbitant", To do charity with fans in Taiwan

Chinese “Yule” (entertainment) news : Korean Shining Group SHINee will be visiting Taiwan to meet up with their fans and to attend “2012 Etude House Pink Play Party” on 16 June. There are other Korean celebrities that will be organising fan-meetings in Taiwan, but with astonishing admission ticket prices. (On the contrary), SHINee’s fan-meeting this time round will be a very amicable one (S/N : Friendly/ To get close with fans/ No sense of hierachy or arrogance). To do charitable work and organise a party with fans.

SHINee’s leader Onew expressed “Taiwan is an important part of our beautiful memories! We miss our Taiwan fans extremely a lot, even though our schedules are fully packed currently but we are still highly anticipating to come to Taiwan to meet our fans! SHINee members will also be playing a part to design/construct games for Etude House’s Pink play Party. In addition, there will be interesting performances for the fans on that day.”

There are other Korean celebrities that will be organising fanmeet in Taiwan, but with astonishing admission ticket prices. 2PM to perform at 2012 MTV Video Music Awards

2PM has been busy over in Japan with their fourth Japanese single “Beautiful” set to be released on June 6th. “Beautiful” has already been picked up by a company to be used in a Japanese commercial, receiving positive responses. The single album will also include a song written by 2PM member Junho, titled “Kimi Ga Areba”.

In addition to this, the group will be simultaneously releasing a DVD containing clips from their first arena tour that drew in 100,000 fans.

As if this wasn't enough of the guys in Japan, the group will be attending the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards Japan on June 23rd, taking place at the Makuhari Messe. They're up for the Best Group Video award for “I'm Your Man”, and will also be giving a live performance.

Hyomin & Eunjung show support for Gang Kiz

T-ara members Hyomin and Eunjung visited labelmates Gang Kiz to show their support for the rookies.

Hyomin and Eunjung, who have been working hard during Gang Kiz’s debut preparations, made a surprise visit at their rehearsal studio. Gang Kiz were in the middle of rehearsing for their upcoming debut performance on KBS ‘Music Bank’ when seniors Eunjung and Hyomin came with a cake and a handmade congratulatory placard for them.

The two T-ara members and Gang Kiz shared some quality time together and proceeded to take a series of pictures of their surprise visit. Gang Kiz members also asked for advice from Eunjung and Hyomin as they prepared for their debut stage.

Gang Kiz will hold its debut stage on KBS ‘Music Bank’ on May 18th with the title song “Honey Honey.”

2PM to perform live at MTV Video Music Awards Japan 2012

Along with releasing their 4th Japanese single “Beautiful“ on June 6th, 2PM will also be simultaneously releasing a DVD with footage from their first arena tour, which was attended by 100,000 fans. Their new album’s title song “Beautiful” has been already been introduced in a Japanese commercial, and has been receiving a hot response from the Japanese fans since. The new single album will also include “Kimi Ga Areba“, a track written by 2PM’s very own Junho.

Furthermore, the ‘MTV Video Music Awards Japan 2012‘ will be held at the Makuhari Messe on June 23rd, and 2PM will be attending the event alongside some of Japan’s top artists. The boys who will be putting on a live performance at the award ceremony have also been nominated to receive the ‘Best Group Video‘ award for ”I’m Your Man“.

Eunjung and Hyomin visit Gang Kiz on Rose Day

T-ara members Eunjung and Hyomin visited label mates Gang Kiz at their rehearsal studio.

Gang Kiz were in the middle of rehearsing for their upcoming debut performance on KBS2′s ‘Music Bank‘ when seniors Eunjung and Hyomin made a surprise visit to see them with roses and a cake in celebration of Rose Day (May 14th).

The two came in support of Gang Kiz’s first stage, and even put together a handmade placard for them. Both Hyomin and Eunjung served as creative directors for Gang Kiz during their 8 night-9 day Europe trip, and personally took part in narrating Gang Kiz’s European adventure video. In early May, Hyomin went directly to the editing room to work on Gang Kiz’s music video immediately after returning from Japan,.

The Gang Kiz members were able to enjoy a brief break thanks to Eunjung and Hyomin’s surprise visit, and the label mates shared some quality time together. Gang Kiz members also asked for advice from Eunjung and Hyomin as they prepared for their debut stage.

Eunjung and Hyomin also gave them a boost of encouragement, promising to watch Gang Kiz’s debut stage and root for them.

She said,"In the middle of filming for T-ara's jacket photo,please wait for a while,our Japan tour will start soon".

Super Junior 9号在日本发售的《Opera》在发售一周的时间里创下了约16万张的销量。  


15日，日本音乐专业网站BARKS引用 Oricon 报道道：“ Super Junior的单曲专辑的首周销量为约16万张，这更新了上一张单曲专辑8万9千张的纪录，是今年发售的韩国艺人单曲中最高的首周销量。” BARKS对于Super Junior创下此次纪录的意义报道道：“值得留意的是此次Super Junior的纪录是在没有日本活动和宣传的情况下达成的。乘着K-POP的高人气，许多韩国歌手都会在发售日本专辑之际出演日本电视，进行宣传活动，但Super Junior是全体成员很少来到日本进行宣传的组合。” Super Junior于12号，13号两天在日本东京巨蛋举办的“Super Show4”演唱会动员了11万名观众，认证了他们高空行进的人气。
