MBC and SBS to cancel shows for November 13th and 14th


MBC and SBS will be canceling some of their weekend variety programs for November 13th and 14th due to two separate special occasions. MBC will be airing the “2010 Asian Games” relay, while SBS aims to focus on their special 20th anniversary broadcasts.

In addition to the cancellations reported yesterday, MBC will be canceling:

  • We Got Married
  • Infinity Challenge
  • Section TV Entertainment News
  • Sunday Sunday Night“ (“Hot Brothers, Enjoy Today“)

SBS will not be airing the “2010 Asian Games”, since they will be airing a special broadcast for their 20th year anniversary instead.

Their canceled shows are:

  • Inkigayo” (“2010 Love Sharing Concert” will air in its place)
  • Good Sunday” (“Running Man, Heroes“)

KBS will be broadcasting the “2010 Asian Games” on their 1TV channel, so “Star Golden Bell,” “Happy Sunday,” and “Gag Concert” will continue broadcasting as planned.

KARA to appear on November 19th’s Music Station


Korean girl group KARA is receiving much love in Japan with both their Mister single KARA Best 2007-2010 album receiving Gold certification, surpassing the 100,000 sales mark.

The girls hope they have another hit on their hands with ‘Jumping’ and popular Japanese music program MUSIC STATION announced that KARA will perform ‘Jumping’ on their November 19th episode. In addition, MUSIC STATION announced that popular American artist Taylor Swift will also perform for the show on the same day.

KARA to have a new concept for outfits on 'Jumping' for korean promotions


KARA will be having a replacement in clothing concept for the promotional activities of their new song "Jumping" in Korea.

KARA recently released their 2nd Japanese Single "Jumping" in Japan on the 10th of November and it has been getting a good response from local fans debuting 5th on the Oricon charts and also being ranked first in the iTunes and Mobile charts.

KARA also released their "Jumping" mini album in Korea however they have received a sudden controversy due to their outfit's being banned from broadcast. KARA exposed their waist for their Japanese Style-fashion which was the concept for their music video. Their concept was being receiving well and getting popular however it's over as they are forced to replace the costume concept due to the ban.

On the 12th of November, KARA's agency said, "KARA will be replacing all their costumes for their promotions in Korea. We will be having a new concept and put together new outfits."

It has been seen how different the reaction was from 2 countries. Japan showed hot reaction to KARA's new concept which is experience great popularity.

Rap Part For "Say You Love Me" Was Written By 4minute HyunAh


HyunAh writing for the single 'Say You Love Me' became a hot topic.

As we have seen the release on the 10th, it was also revealed that HyunAh has written the rap part in this collaborated song with G.Na, and has inserted her emotions into the words. The lyrics reached completion only after much hard work as the song was intended to be different from usual Hip Hop and R&B.

G.Na who has debuted with I'll Back Off So You Can Live and has all along been supported by HyunAh is one of the most popular singers this year. With her beautiful voice, she became the main act in Say You Love Me as part of the recent Cyworld music project, 'Together Forever Vol.1'.

G.Na's perfect singing skills and the smooth melody will no doubt excite the crowd this fall.

T-ara retaking flight attendant exam, "it's no joke"


For their newest reality show, T-ara Dream Girls, T-ara has taken on the challenge of being the most wanted job of females, being a Stewardess.

Although they have already went through the initial interview stage and physical exams, they were left with no choice but to retake the exam. As they failed the theoretical part of the exam, T-ara were still given another chance to pass the test. If they dont pass this, they can't go on.

T-ara's instructor said to them, "It's no joke. Think hard why you were here. If you can't be as good as your seniors, we will not get you. We are more linient with you than with other exam takers." which added more stress to the members.


On the same episode, member Jiyeon surprised 2PM with an interview, with the question "If you werent singers, what would you be?"
