Hyomin to become the assistant photographer for Hwang Jihyun - Lee Haein's girl group 1 billion won debut project

T-ara's Hyomin has become an assistant photographer in a one billion won (~892,220 USD) photoshoot project.

According to her agency, T-ara's Hyomin is extremely interested in photography and pictures, and even holds a collection of cameras. Her agency offered her to go to to Italy, Switzerland and Austria for a photoshoot project and she readily accepted with much excitement.

Hyomin will assist as a secondary/assistant photographer for the overseas shooting of the seven-member rookie girl group consisting of Hwang Jihyun, Choi Sooeun, and Lee Haein. The photos will be taken as a teaser for the debut album of the girl group.

The agency said, "The new seven member girl group's debut album teaser will be visually stunning like a CF or movie. They'll be introduced with a different look than ever before."

The seven member girl group consists of actresses Hwang Jihyun, Choi Sooeun, Lee Haein, and 2010 Supermodel runner-up Kim Hyeji. The other three members have not been revealed, but have an average height of 169cm. They will debut in May.

Meanwhile, Hyomin is preparing for a new album release with T-ara and their first concert and establishing a fanclub in July.

Eunjung to join Jiyeon, Hyomin and Soyeon in "Roly Poly 2" musical

Kim Wanseon will star in her first musical since her debut 26 years ago.

According to the musical publisher, Kim Wanseon is cast as the female lead in "Roly-Poly 2", the sequel to "Our Youth Roly-Poly".

"Roly-Poly 2" is created by T-ara and Davichi's agency who also produced "My Mother" and "Really Really Like You". "Roly-Poly 2" will show the friendship and rebellion of girls in the 1980s', but also bring back memories from the older audience members.

Girl group T-ara's popular retro song "Roly-Poly" is the concept that inspired the musical, and will be performed on stage with lively choreography reflecting the time.

Jang Hyejin and Park Hyemi have decided to continue to appear as cast members. T-ara's Jiyeon, Hyomin and Soyeon who played young female cast members also stay, and will be joined by Eunjung.

A representative from the agency said on the 20th, "The story of 'Roly-Poly 2' is different from the first. The audience had fun during the first, and they will continue to, but will experience a new concept with Kim Wanseon as cast."

"Roly-Poly 2" will begin in early June.

Yesung shows off a glowing photo

Super Junior member Yesung revealed a selca that showed off his glowing complexion.

Yesung uploaded a photo with the caption “Alright, let’s go to WHAS!,” on his personal Twitter on March 19th. ’WHAS’ is the shortened form of ‘Why Style’, the name of Yesung’s father’s sunglass store.

Netizens who saw the photo commented, “His face is so white” and “His complexion is glowing.”

Hyomin to participate in an upcoming photo project for the debut of a new girl group

T-ara member Hyomin will be participating in a ’1 billion Won photo project’ for photographer Cho Sae Hyun.

Hyomin recently agreed to join Cho Sae Hyun’s photo project, and thus will be touring Italy, Switzerland and Austria.

Hyomin loves taking pictures so when she joined this project it’s said that she could not hold in her enthusiasm.

The entire photo project will be held overseas, and will be a photoshoot that will be used as a teaser for the debut album of a new seven member girl group under the same label as actors Hwang Ji Hyun,Choi Soo Eun, and Lee Hye In.

In related news, T-ara is currently planning to hold a large scale fan club inauguration this Summer, as well as planning for their new album.

Seungyeon flaunts her baby face

KARA‘s, Han Seungyeon, showed off her porcelain-like skin through a recent selca.

Seungyeon recently shared the photo above and tweeted, “Don’t lose strength! Let’s live diligently“.

The adorable KARA member could be seen with earbuds in one ear and her head resting on her hands. Her milky and flawless baby face accentuated by her red hair, was the subject of envy amongst female fans.

It seems like Seungyeon is determined to work hard for her fans!

‘Dream High 2′ releases OST # 8 “Day after Day” by T-ara’s Jiyeon

KBS 2TV‘s ‘Dream High 2‘ has released their newest OST, “Together“.

In the past, hit drama series ‘Dream High’ released OSTs such as J.Y. Park‘s “Falling“, miss Amember Suzy‘s “You Are My Star“, Wonder Girls‘ member Yenny‘s “Hello To Myself“, and more. Each of these tracks quickly climbed the music charts upon their release.

This time, T-ara‘s Jiyeon has a solo track in “Day after Day“, which is an emotional track that sings about chasing the dream and goal day after day.

Army of Thai fans say goodbye to Super Junior

Super Junior has left Thailand amidst an army of support!

From March 16th to the 18th, Super Junior held three concerts for a total of 40,000 audience members – the first for an international artist – at the Impact Arena in Bangkok.

The boys were due to leave on the 19th, and over 2,500 fans were reported to have swarmed the scene to bid the boys farewell. Officials hadn’t expected such a large number to show up, so many were put on high alert to deal with the crowd.

Super Junior will be continuing their ‘Super Show 4‘ in France on April 6th.

Junho reveals his ideal type

2PM member Junho recently revealed that his ideal woman is Hollywood actress Scarlett Johansson.

On the recent recording of MBC "Music and Lyrics", Junho was asked who his ideal woman is, to which Junho replied, "I don't have one out of the Korean actresses. My ideal type is a foreigner."

He continued, "All the Korean actresses are pretty and talented, but because they overflow of charms, no one can catch them. My ideal girl is Scarlett Johansson."

Furthermore, Junho revealed, "Out of the singers, Lee Hyori sunbaenim [is my ideal girl]. A person that can lead me is my ideal type."

Meanwhile, Junho has teamed up with actress Kim So Eun as the new couple for "Music and Lyrics". In the program, the couple will try to make an OST for MBC’s weekend drama "Feast of the Gods". The song will be used for actress Song Yuri’s love theme in the drama.

The episode with Junho and Kim So Eun will air on March 24 and 25 at 11PM KST on MBC.

Super Junior promotes "Super Show 4 in Paris"

Following the series of concerts in Seoul, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Macau and most recently in Thailand, Hallyu group Super Junior will be bringing their world tour concert "Super Show 4" in France.

On March 20th, Super Junior released a promotional video for the upcoming concert. The members talked about the details and information regarding their first solo concert in Paris.

Super Junior will be meeting their European fans through "Super Show 4 in Paris" which will take place at the Le Zenith de Paris on April 6th. Though they previously performed in France last June for the "SMTOWN Live" tour, Super Junior will be the first K-Pop artist to get the chance to have their own stage.

2NE1 and 2PM to perform at MTV VMAJ 2012

Kpop groups 2NE1 and 2PM has been confirmed in the first line-up performances for this year's MTV Video Music Awards Japan 2012.

On March 19th, MTV Japan updated its official website and revealed the line-up of performances for the upcoming event. Alongside 2NE1 and 2PM, the show also includes other Japanese acts including EXILE, Kato Miliyah, J.Soul Brothers, ROLA, w-inds and more.

MTV Video Music Awards Japan 2012 will take place on June 23rd at Makuhari Messe, a convention center just outside Tokyo. Japanese artist Perfume will be the MC’s for this year’s show.

Meanwhile, Kpop groups Girls' Generation, KARA, CNBLUE, 2NE1, SHINee and 2PM received nominations in different categories for MTV VMAJ 2012.
