Siwon claims that he's also an ELF after Super Junior Japanese fan meeting


Super Junior held fan meetings on the 26th and 27th at the Saitama Super Arena in Japan.

Afterwards, Siwon tweeted in Japanese, "Wow! The 4th time (fan meeting), you worked hard/congrats. I had lots of fun, what about you guys? Anyway, I'm an elf too!"

He also attached a picture of himself with tousled hair and facial hair as if he had been casually bumming out at home--yet he still manages to look this good, don't you agree?

T-ara members cut the ribbon at the grand opening of 'DPG!' flagship store in Japan


The ladies of T-ara have been busy in Japan while gearing up for their Korean comeback and were recently chosen as endorsement models for Japanese fashion brand 'DPG!'.


T-ara cut the ribbon to celebrate the grand opening of the flagship store in Aoyama, Tokyo earlier in the week. Qri expressed her group's interest in fashion, "We have a lot of interest in fashion so we are joyful to be chosen as models." Eunjung shared, "Please show a lot of love for the clothing that fits with the concept 'Handsome and Pretty for 365 days'." 

In regard to their comeback, Soyeon revealed, "We are making a comeback with 'Number 9' on October 10 but the sorrowful lyrical song will also be released as a dance version in addition to a Japanese version." Eunjung also got fans excited as she shared, "This new title track which will come out one year since 'Sexy Love' fits well with the atmosphere of fall. We are preparing to show a better image."

It's safe to say Queen's have had an interesting last couple of days as they wait to figure out what "Number 9" when their album drops on October 10!





Super Junior's 5th Japanese single to be released in December + Heechul acts cute in Instagram video


Recently, Super Junior was in Japan for their 'Sawa GO! Hasha GO! Moriagarima SHOW! E.L.F-JAPAN FESTIVAL 2013,' which was held on September 26 and 27 at  Saitama Super Arena.  During their festival, the boys revealed that they would be releasing a new Japanese single called "Blue World" some time in December.

This was also member Heechul's first official activity with Super Junior since he was discharged from the military.  He left a cute, interesting, choppily cut Instagram video of himself backstage.  Near the end, he even startles Kangin with his cute antics, causing the video to end with Kangin pushing his head away humorously.

T-ara's Hyomin's Japanese movie 'Jinx' trailer is already out!




T-ara's Hyomin's upcoming Japanese movie 'Jinx" is ready to tease with their trailer.

'Jinx' revolves on the three main characters. Hyomin who played as Ji Ho, a Korean exchange student in Japan and played as a cupid between a girl (Japanese actress Kurumi Shimizu) and a boy (Japanese actor  Kento Yamazaki).


The song that you can hear at 1:11 is the movie's soundtrack called "Memories - The Guide You Gave Me" that was recorded by the whole T-ara.

In addition, 'Jinx' received an official invitation from Tokyo International Film Festival which will be held from October 17th until 25th.

The full movie is showing on November 16th, but for now be ready to be teased!



Shindong's fans make a birthday video!




Super Junior's Shindong turns 28 (international age) today, and his fans made a birthday video to show how Shindong influenced their lives.

It's neither the usual birthday message-ish video nor a chorus of "Happy birthday to you", but a lot of effort, creativity, time and love were exerted to have this kind of gift for Shindong. They used theChristina Perri's song 'A Thousand Years' as their background music. They cut out colored papers, colored some of those, wrote on the others, and patiently edited everything. 

Indeed, Shindong fans can really do whatever for their idol.

Super Junior’s Heechul becomes a webtoon cartoonist with ‘ZZINPANG Family’



Super Junior’s Heechul is making his debut as a webtoon cartoonist.

According to SM Entertainment on September 27, Heechul will be releasing his own webtoon ‘ZZINPANG Family’ through SMTOWN homepage, ZZINPANG Facebook, Hotracks Webtoon and Kyobo bookstore’ s web page.

‘ZZINPANG Family’ is a co-production by Kim Heechul and famous cartoonist Kian84. The main character of the cartoon is ZZINPANG, which Heechul designed himself through the years, along with his beloved cat, Hee Bum. The webtoon will be released every Thursday at noon for the next 8 weeks.
