KARA‘s Seungyeon recently fired back at some netizens who posted hateful comments towards her.
On December 24th, Seungyeon shared the following on her Twitter, “Netizens with no name, if you hide behind the title of the public, you think you are all moralists and experts, and seem to become someone with great strength? On December 24th, two videos of T-ara& THE SEEYA were uploaded unto Core Contents Media officialYouTube channel.
T-ara wished for a white Christmas, and asked their fans to spend the holidays listening to T-ara music and spending a good time with their family.
THE SEEYA expressed their happiness at meeting their first Christmas as a newly formed group, and wished their fans a happy, warm Christmas.

T-ara holds ‘DX’mas Party’ event for their pachinko endorsement in Japan
T-ara held an event for their pachinko endorsement at the Shinagawa Intercity Hall in Tokyo, Japan.
On December 24th, the ladies held a fanmeeting with about 500 fans for the ‘DX’mas Party with T-ARA‘ event where they talked about the game and also performed live. The MC of the show said, “Today’s event is for the release of the ‘CRA Deluxe Umi mo Nogatari with T-ara (CRA Deluxe Sea Story with T-ara)’. The machine’s pink dial matches perfectly with T-ara’s outfits.”
Eunjung said, “The machine is pretty because it’s so sparkly“, to which the MC responded, “Your beauty sparkles as well“. Boram added, “This is my first time seeing it, but it looks fun“.
The MC also introduced the game by saying, “The game looks fun because T-ara’s video and music video are included“, and showed a part where the game character danced to T-ara’s music video.Jiyeon said, “It was cute to see the game character dance along“.

Because of the Hallyu wave, Korean hashtags come up very often on Twitter. Out of the 7 Korean #1 trending topics in 2012, one was for the Olympic swimmer Park Tae Hwan, when many all over the globe cried foul for his disqualification in the London Olympics.
The rest of the six Korean #1 trending topics went to Super Junior. They wish to lead this generation in music, fashion, and dance. SHINee claims the concept of "contemporary band" to describe those wishes while they continue to overwhelm the Japanese music market.
The latest image of 5 men who try to develop a showmanship that crosses over national boundaries and generations.
The new single that was released recently, "For 1000 Years, Always be By My Side..." which was penned by Junji Ishiwatari and lit up by the harmonization of those 5 men, is their first ballad to be released as a single. The MV has a storyline based on the song, and was created like a short movie with the same view as the lyrics.
It has been over 1 year and a half since their Japanese debut. How do they feel about their activities up until now?
"I experienced many things and got to enjoy my experiences with a lot of people." (Onew)

BoA adds 1 more date to solo concert
Singer BoA will add another concert date to her upcoming first solo concert in Korea due to an explosive response.
According to SM Entertainment, all 4000 tickets for BoA’s first exclusive concert in Korea titled ‘BoA Special Live 2013~ Here I Am’, which will be held on January 26th at the Seoul’s Olympics Park Gymnastic Hall have been sold out prompting the organizers to add one more date.
A spokesperson stated, “We sold out the December 26 concert so we decided to hold one more concert on January 27. The additional concert date’s tickets will go on sale through Gmarket on December 27 at 8 PM (KST).”

At the event, 2PM met around 300 fans, who have been nominated among the 8,000 concert audience, and also shared welcoming greetings with the fans, who were waiting and cheering enthusiastically outside the door.
On the day of the concert on the 22nd, there was an unusual scene at the concert hall with overcrowding fans, who came to watch the concert and to see 2PM. From early in the morning, the fans awaited the line to watch the concert, proving the popularity of 2PM in local.
The concert started with passionate shouts that filled the concert venue, and 2PM’s splendid stage performance and live added to its excitement. The various placards of the 2PM’s fans from each country like Macau, Korea, Japan, Thailand, made the concert even more fancy and luxurious.
Having Christmas ahead, the member Nichkhun presented the fans with a Christmas carol, and especially, there was a marvelous shouts when he sang part of the song in Cantonese.
