Super Junior M's Ryeowook and Kyuhyun invite fans to "Break Down" presscon

 

 Super Junior-M will soon resume activities with the release of their second studio album ‘Break Down’. To commemorate the release, the unit will be holding a press conference and they are inviting the fans to join them.

On January 3, SM Town’s official Youtube channel uploaded new video featuring Super Junior-M’s Ryeowook and Kyuhyun inviting fans to the upcoming press conference for the group’s new album ‘Break Down’ on January 7th, 2013 in Beijing, China.

According to the agency, those who bring the Super Junior-M’s ‘太完美(Perfection)’ album will be admitted on a first-come first-served basis. The number tickets that are issued at the organizers’ appointed place will be acceptable only and the number of admittee is subject to change accordingly.

Baek Ji Young returns with "I Hate It" on 'M! Countdown'

 

Making her return as the queen of sad ballad, singer Baek Ji Young has returned to the ‘M! Countdown’ with her latest heart-breaking single, “I Hate It”.

“I Hate It” is about a person who hates herself for not being able to hold back the person she loves from leaving. Baek Jiyoung collaborated with renowned pianist Yiruma and composer 2FACE for the track, helping the singer to further present her great musicality.

WS Entertainment stated, “Baek Ji Young and Yiruma’s collaboration is their first project together. ‘I Hate It’ is not a ‘cross-over’ number, but just a beautiful ballad which will feature Baek Ji Young’s trademark sad vocals.”

T-ara‘s Hyomin turned into a ‘romantic tomboy’ for the fashion magazine Instyle.
 
She sported all kinds of different items, from snowflake-patterned pants, fur, and various accessories. She posed against a snowy winter background, giving off a strong winter mood for the shoot.
 
Instyle commented, “She was incredible with an alluring charm yet having the tomboy look. She was dreamy and captivating.
 
Hyomin stated, “I’m feeling how precious it is to be where I am. Now I’m going to look forward, back, and sideways while carefully watching over my family and friends. Step by Step I believe I can build up myself completely.

She also revealed that she was more sorry than thankful to her fans, and is thinking of a way to express her genuine feelings.”

Park Yoochun resumes filming 'I Miss You' after award ceremonies


 After sweeping the awards in all three broadcasting network award ceremonies, JYJ’s Yoochun has returned to the set of ‘I Miss You’ to resume its filming.

On January 2, Yoochun’s agency, C-JeS Entertainment stated, “Shooting of ‘I Miss You’ was delayed because he had to attend year-end awards, so he restarted shooting right after the drama awards.”

The agency added, “Yoochun is undergoing grueling schedule but he is giving all of his energy because the plot is going through a very important part.”

Yoochun won a great number of awards at different awards, and finished the year of 2012 with a blast.

Super Junior M releases new teaser image for 'Break Down'


Super Junior-M will soon resume activities and SM Entertainment released the unit’s second teaser image, signaling their upcoming comeback.

On January 7, Super Junior-M will release its second studio album ‘Break Down’ as well as the music video for the album’s title song through Chinese and Korean music sites.

The group also participated in a year-end concert in China. During the show, a
music video teaser for their upcoming title track was aired, and was later released through SMTown’s official YouTube channel on January 1.

Along with the release of the album, Super Junior-M will also be holding a press conference in Beijing to announce the upcoming promotions for the album in China.

TVXQ Graces The Stage As The Final Act For The "MBC Gayo Daejaejeon"



 
TVXQ presented a perfectly synchronized stage.

TVXQ graced the stage as the final act during the “2012 MBC Gayo Daejaejeon”, which was held at the MBC Dream Centre in Ilsan on the evening of 31 Dec. The music festival, which was held in accordance with the theme of “The past, present and future of K-Pop”, featured stages that were presented by both senior and junior artistes in harmony.

TVXQ began their performance with “‘O’-正.反.合”, and followed it up with a perfect performance of “Catch Me”. Many fans were driven wild by their performance, proving their high popularity.

SHINee's Sherlock places 4th on Hanteo's Top 50 Chart for 2012



Our five shining lights have proved their status once again as one of K-Pop's most popular boy bands by placing 4th in Hanteo's Top 50 chart for 2012!

Their 4th mini album, Sherlock, was released on 21st March 2012 and it sparked a new trend of after-shadow or panoramic dances in groups such as f(x)'s Electric Shock and After School's Flashback. It also showcased the team's flawless harmony and vocal prowess.


Combining both the online and offline sales, SHINee achieved a sales figure of 139,464 copies sold for Sherlock!

Park Yoochun Completes His Grand Slam in 3 Major Broadcasting Agencies With 2012 ‘Rooftop Prince’



Actor Park Yoochun has swept the major awards of the 3 major agencies in 3 years, completing the grand slam and showcasing his power.

Park Yoochun received 4 awards in 2012 SBS Acting Awards, receiving the Excellence Award, Best Couple Award, Netizen’s Most Popular Award, The Teen Idol Award with his first SBS drama ‘Rooftop Prince’.

Receiving the Best Rookie Award in his debut year in KBS with ‘Sungkyunkwan Scandal’, and in the following year in MBC with ‘Miss Ripley’, he also won the Excellence Award in 2012 MBC Acting Awards with ‘I Miss You’ as well, before completing the unprecedented rout with ‘Rooftop Prince’.

Park Yoochun, accepting the award, commented “I thank you very much for your support. I had a lot of fun while filming ‘Rooftop Prince’, and I am so happy to receive an award from it.
