T-ara‘s commercials for outdoor clothing brand Wild Roses have been released!

Hyomin previously tweeted a photo of the group in cat woman outfits, and fans speculated whether it was a teaser of T-ara’s next concept. The cat woman concept was just one of many silly and adorable outfits in the Wild Roses CFs, however. The outdoor clothing brand is reported to be created by female designers with women in mind.

T-ara to hold free guerrilla concerts if they sell 500,000 copies of ‘Jewelry Box’

A month ahead of their Japanese 1st full-length album release, T-ara made a promise with their fans.

As announced previously, T-ara plans to release their Japanese debut album entitled, ‘Jewelry Box‘, on June 6th. The album is already receiving a lot of interest as it has ranked #1 on the pre-order chartof Japan’s most popular music retail site, Tower Records.

To thank  fans for their support, Core Contents Media stated, “If the album sells 500,000 copies, we will open a free guerrilla concert within South Korea and the center of Tokyo, Japan.” Agency officials predict that the album will sell around 300,000 to 400,000 copies, so 500,000 copies doesn’t seem too far out of reach.

The new album will contain “Bo Peep Bo Peep“, the song that landed T-ara on the #1 spot on Japan’s Oricon daily and weekly charts, along with Japanese versions of ”Ya Ya Ya“, “Roly Poly“, and “Lovey Dovey“, in addition to new tracks.

T-ara is currently in Japan to prepare for their album release and will hold a concert there in June. T-ara also invites fans to their fan club inauguration as well as first solo concert in Korea this coming July.

f(x) members spotted in the audience for ‘Voice Korea’

f(x)‘s members, Luna, Amber, and Sulli were spotted on April 27th’s airing of Mnet‘s ‘Voice Korea‘.

The three sat side by side with focused expressions as they watched the live performances. The members were captured on screen with a close up on Sulli, and immediately gained the attention of viewers.

During the episode, viewers commented via SNS, “The person that just came on was Sulli right?” and “Looks like an actress at the awards ceremony”

Meanwhile, as reported earlier, fans will be able to see Sulli in the new Korean drama adaption of ‘Hana Kimi‘, ‘To the Beautiful You’, along with SHINee‘s Minho, as they were both confirmed for the lead roles.

T-ara's first Japanese studio album "Jewelry box" will be released on June 6th.

T-ara's Japanese first album "Jewelry box" went for pre-sale on April 19th, and took the first and third place on the Japanese website Tower Record's daily sale charts.

T-ara's agency said through a press release, "T-ara's first studio album 'Jewelry box' has received an explosive reaction and even ranked #1 in daily charts. The industry officials predicted it'll sell 300,000 - 400,000 units and we have high expectations for it."

Following, they promised that, "If T-ara's album can sell over 500,000 copies, T-ara will hold a free guerrilla concert in the cities of Korea and Tokyo, Japan."

Meanwhile, T-ara's debut single in Japan last September, "Bo Peep Bo Peep", debuted at #1 on Oricon's Daily and Weekly chart, being the first for any girl Korean girl group.

T-ara's Japanese album will include the Japanese versions of "Bo Peep Bo Peep", "Yayaya", "Roly-Poly", "Lovey-Dovey", and new Japanese songs.

T-ara is currently promoting in Japan and preparing for their concerts being in June. On July 14th, they'll open their official fanclub and plan to meet fans with a new album around then.

On the April 26th broadcast of tvN‘s ‘Taxi‘, the SHINee members participated in an ‘image ranking’ talk segment where they enthusiastically revealed each others’ secrets.

When MC Lee Young Ja asked, “Who is the member with the most female numbers in their cellphone?“, the SHINee members began to tease and gave a tense look towards Jonghyun. Feeling a bit uneasy, Jonghyun said, “This is getting really intense!”

All of the members ended up choosing Jonghyun, with the exception of the man himself who chose Keyand stated, “Key has many connections. Regardless of male or female, he has over 190 contacts in his phone.”

However, fellow member Minho revealed, “Jonghyun’s contacts have a different feel from those of Key’s“, to which MC Gong Hyun Jin pounced by commenting, “Just a while ago when we got off the taxi, all the members were talking to each other but I saw Jonghyun texting by himself!”

As members Key and Minho giggled at Jonghyun’s increasing discomfort, MC Lee Young Ja continued the interrogation by asking, “Who was it that you were texting?“, to which Jonghyun answered evasively, “They went to a few guys and also girls. I was in the midst of a group chat.”

Finally, member Key rounded up the assault by ending in a cheeky note, “I have personally never seen it but Jonghyun’s contacts have a certain feel to them. Carefully think about what it means when all the members choose him… there is definitely a reason.”
