Victoria’s new Weibo account quickly gains nearly half-a-million followers

 

It hasn’t been long since f(x)‘s Victoria recently started her Weibo account on September 30th, but she has already gained a huge following.

 

According to her account on the 4th, she has already garnered over 449,500 followers. Upon opening her Weibo account, Victoria shared, “Today I finally started a Weibo account. Have a happy mid-autumn festival and hope everyone reunites! I wish happiness for those who can’t reunite as well!”, along with a photo.

 

Her fellow member Amber has also been active on Weibo, using the SNS outlet to interact with their Chinese fans.

G.O selected as the MBLAQ member most wanted by other groups on 'Idol Manager'

 

G.O has been selected as the #1 MBLAQ member that other idol groups want in their own team!

 

On the recording for the October 5th broadcast of MBC every1‘s ‘Idol Manager‘, MBLAQ was seen participating in the ‘Hallyu Dream Concert’ and practicing for a remix version of their performance. During the recording at the event, various idols were asked to pick the MBLAQ member they wanted in their own group, and the results were later unveiled.

 

It turns out , G.O was the most wanted member, followed by Lee Joon. Happy with the results, G.O went up to each group and agreed to join the groups, bringing about laughs.

f(x)'s ID pictures revealed

ID photos of the five f(x) members have been attracting much attention online.

A collage of f(x) members’ ID photos was recently posted on online community board. The uploaded photo shows the combined ID photos of members Victoria, Luna, Amber, Sulli and Krystal, boasting their pretty faces.

Especially, Sulli is attracting a lot of attention with her fresh and well-defined features. Netizens commented, “f(x) has flawless faces,” “They’re all pretty” and more.

Donghae and Park Ha Na release OST for 'Miss Panda and Hedgehog'

Super Junior’s Donghae has once again lent his sweet voice for the Original Sound Track (OST) of his Channel A’s drama series, ‘Miss Panda and Hedgehog’.

After releasing his single “Plz Don’t” back on August, he now released his new track titled, “Don’t Go”. The song is a R&B ballad that is the work of Park Sang Hoon and features Donghae’s emotional vocals.

In addition, Park Ha Na released her latest track “Love Stops”, which showcases her vocal ability, for the Part 4 OST single album of ‘Miss Panda and Hedgehog’.

T-ara receives warm welcome in Malaysia

Girl group T-ara has recently received a warm welcome in Malaysia.

According to the group’s agency, T-ara flew to Malaysia on October 2 for its showcase in the country. When the girls landed in Kuala Lumpur, they received a hot welcome from some 2,500 fans. Due to the surprise turnout, it took 30 minutes for the girl group to leave the airport, escorted by tight security.

A representative stated, “Although T-ara arrived in the Malaysia airport at night, many fans gathered together and even the staff were surprised.”

T-ara held a concert in Malaysia on October 3 that drew more than 4,300 people. After the Malaysian showcase, they will be leaving for Thailand to participate in the Mnet “M! Countdown” Thailand special.

Who are guest artists for "2012 Asia Suoer Showcase"

Super Junior-M will be back in Malaysia once again for their first Asia showcase, "2012 Asia Super Showcase".

Super Junior-M had their debut in 2008 and their current members consist of eight members namely Siwon, Donghae, Ryeowook, Sungmin, Kyuhyun, Eunhyuk, Zhou Mi and Henry. Not only will this be Super Junior-M's first Asia Super Showcase, exclusively for Malaysia, but they will be taking to the stage as a complete here on our shores.

Malaysia ELF a.k.a EverLasting Friends (as the Super Junior Official Fans are collectively know as) have long been awaiting the return of Super Junior-M to Malaysia after the group had their first live appearance 2011 at the Malaysian National Youth Day. On that day, an audience estimated at more than 30,000 showed up to celebrate the occasion with the group.

Jointly organized by Marctensia Concerts and Universal Music Malaysia, Artist Produced by S.M. Entertainment and Cube Entertainment, Promoted by K Entertainment, MyFM and EraFM as Official Radio Station, KWC as Official Venue, TicketCharge as Official Ticketing Agent and Singesen as Technical Support, “2012 Asia Super Showcase in Malaysia” will features two of the most promising upcoming boy band as the super guest artistes.

The first super guest artists will be a newly produced and highly anticipated boy band by S.M. Entertainment, EXO-M. EXO-M is a subgroup of Chinese-South Korean boy band, EXO. EXO-M consists of six members namely Kris, Xiumin, Lu Han, Lay, Chen and Tao. EXO-M promotes their music in the Chinese market. Their debut single “Mama” has just been released for about half a year and the boys has already won the “Most Popular Group of the Year” in a recent award show in China.

The second super guest artists will be a seven-member boy band BtoB (Born to Beat). Formed by Eun Kwang, Min Hyuk, Chang Sub, Hyun Sik, Peniel, Il Hoon and Sung Jae, the group is produced by Cube Entertainment’s sub-label Cube DC. BtoB makes a strong impression with two lead tracks, the dance number Insane and the ballad Imagine.

BoA and Super Junior K.R.Y to sing trot songs in honor of legendary composer Shi-Choon Park

BoA and Super Junior K.R.Y (Kyuhyun, Ryeowook, and Yesung) will sing trot songs for an anniversary concert.

On October 9th, a concert 개최됩니다 to commemorate the 100th 주년 of legendary composer Shi-Choon Park. At this concert, BoA will be singing “Be Strong Geumsoon“, and Super Junior K.R.Y will be singing “Pleasant 18 Year Old“. The 두 사람은 will not be singing the original versions, but will be singing an edited version that they interpreted 자신을 with a modern style.  

Other big singers such as Joo Hyun Mi and Kim Bum Soo will also participate in the concert with more of Shi-Choon Park’s famous songs.

The Korea Singer-songwriter Association said, “The passion for K-Pop is blowing up 전 세계적으로, but this is just the beginning. A 2nd BoA, a 2nd Psyhas to be born. The 지원 we have now is from all the sweat and effort of uncountable popular culture artists. The efforts of 같은 사람들 Shi-Choon Park played a tremendous role in it. The commemorative concert will be a meaningful event where 는 음악industry's sunbaes and hoobaes can 대해 생각 the significance and historical meaning. ”
