Recently, Hyomin tweeted, “It’s been a long time since I went book shopping with Boram-unni. I’m really really excited hehe ~ To make myself feel like I’m going out, I attempted to dress myself up as a winter eskimo woman but.. I ended up looking like a bear.”

Along with the tweet, she posted up pictures of her fashionable self. The pictures look like they came straight out of a photoshoot, don’t they? I guess when it comes to modeling, Hyomin’s a natural talent!

[News] Special online version of “Playful Kiss” will reveal steamy love scene

Recently, we revealed that MBC’s official Youtube channel for “Playful Kiss” will release a series of special online episodes starting on November 11th.

On November 1st, Kim Hyun Joong hinted, “Expect a steamy love scene,” at the press conference in Seoul’s Coex mall earlier this afternoon.

He also commented about his “married” life, saying, “This is my second time being married because of the MBC show ‘We Got Married‘. But when it comes to dramas, it is my first time getting married.”

He added, “Since Youtube does not have strict restrictions, we were able to show a steamier love scene than on television. I believe that the couple will look more natural than on TV. Youtube is a place where netizens of the entire world can share and communicate. I hope ‘Playful Kiss’ can participate in the phenomenon and become an international icon.”

Kim Hyun Joong explained that the the Youtube episode will conclude the mini series. “The TV series ended with the marriage, but the viewers are probably more curious about the life of the newlyweds. We included episodes the viewers would have wanted to see.”

Meanwhile, the special episodes of ‘Playful Kiss’ will be divided into seven different videos, about 10 minutes each. The first episode will be posted on Tuesdays and Wednesdays starting on the 2nd.

Wait, but that’s not all! On the 17th and 18th, making-of films including special NG cuts will also be released! Although the drama itself ended, it seems like the hype has yet to fade.

[News] Goo Hara’s Shocking Confession: “I Was Almost Beaten to Death”

Popular girl group KARA‘s member Goo Hara revealed on KBS2 YaHengSung’s (Nocturnal) broadcast on the 31st that she was almost beaten to death by female seniors when she was in school.

Goo Hara reminisced about her school days as she said “When I was a student I moved around a lot. Because my peers were very territorial and unfriendly I had a hard time”.

She added “When I was in high school, which was an arts high school, I was popular among the male seniors. In arts high school the line between juniors and seniors are very clear. I was almost beaten to death by female seniors” revealing the shocking truth.

“At times during breaks female seniors would come to my classroom and hit me” Hara said and even reenacted the scene when female seniors would visit her, which caused much laughter among MCs.

Meanwhile this is the first time in a while that all 5 members of KARA have gathered together due to their busy individual activities. They talked about various episodes regarding their successful entrance into the Japanese market, their feelings, and Japanese reactions. They even revealed the title song of their new album that will be released in November which garnered lots of attention.

Amongst the viewers in Korea who fell for the attraction of "SungKyunKwan Scandal", celebrities are also included in this loyal group of viewers.

Kang Soo Jeong, who stated that she is a loyal fan of Lee Seon Jun (acted by Park Yoochun), is one of them. She even went to catch the JYJ showcase in Hong Kong held on the 24th of October. Soo Jeong wrote, "I think I would cry after next week", indicating her regrets for the broadcasting of "SungKyunKwan Scandal" that is coming to an end.

Director of the drama series has expressed his gratitude for the love and support given to "SungKyunKwan Scandal", and that though a lot of people may feel sorry that the show's coming to an end, he will still do his best till the end.
