f(x) leaves New Years messages for fans; new album confirmed

Girlgroup f(x) recently greeted their fans via their official website.

On January 2nd, f(x) greets their fans with autographed hand-written messages which were then uploaded on their official website. Sulli, who especially drew bunny ears to acknowledged 2011 as the 'Year of Rabbits' considering this year to be filled with cute surprises.

Above all, what caught the fans attention the most was the absence of Amber's message. Questions like "Is Amber still a part of f(x)" and "Why didn't Amber upload her message?" were raised. Even though her message was absent, the other members' messages were enough for the fans.

Meanwhile to withdraw the rumors, an official announced the group's new album are in the works which is set to release this year.

KARA releases individual Japanese “Jumping” MVs

f(x) recently greeted their fans through messages on their official homepage.

On January 2nd, f(x) directly uploaded their scanned autographs and notes onto their official homepage. Sulli even drew bunny ears in her message to acknowledge 2011 as being the ‘Year of the Rabbit’.

However, what has caught the most attention was the absence of Amber’s autograph and message. Though puzzled over her continued absence, fans were still delighted with the sweet messages left by the group.

Performances from the “SEOUL TOKYO MUSIC FESTIVAL 2010″

In the absence of a new ‘Inkigayo‘ episode on January 2nd, SBS opted to broadcast the ‘SEOUL TOKYO MUSIC FESTIVAL 2010‘ instead.

A total of 10 K-Pop teams including the likes of Big Bang, KARA, 4minute, 2NE1, F.T. Island, CNBLUE, Brown Eyed Girls, U-KISS, Rainbow, and Teen Top convened at Tokyo’s Saitama Super Arena back in November 3rd for the ‘SEOUL TOKYO MUSIC FESTIVAL 2010′.

Around 15,000 fans attended the concert which was hosted by Park Jung Min, Daesung, and Park Gyuri. A collaborative efforts between SBS and Japan’s TBS, it was organized to celebrate SBS’s 20th anniversary, in addition to promoting Korean singers attempting to enter the Japanese market.

Hyuna and After School's Lizzy enjoy the new year

Recently, snapshots revealing Hyuna and After School's Lizzy have surfaced on popular news websites and other forums showing their close bond. They got together during the recent “2010 MBC Gayo Daejun” to wish each other a happy birthday as well as a successful year ahead. This is definitely heart-warming to see that although they are rivals in the industry, they do not let that affect their social interactions.

For those of you who are confused, in the Korean culture, you count your age at the start of the year and not on your birthday itself. This explains why both Hyuna and Lizzy are already 20 years old although their respective birthdays are in June and July.

4Minute's Sohyun admires someone from 2AM

The hot guys of 2AM and 2PM had a special appearance on the recent episode of Bouquet and prepared various special performances to please the girls present on the show.

The show also prepared a mini-game wherein these hot guys would have to be paired with the girls, and that of course, include 4Minute. Several "ahjummas" were also present on the show which added so much laughter on the game.

Meanwhile, Sohyun's revelation of her admiration towards 2AM's maknae, Jinwoon, caught so much attention from people present at the studio. When asked about her reason, she revealed, "Jinwoon's eyes are attractive," which resulted to Jinwoon's cute embarrassment that eventually brought laughter from the audience.
