Heechul reveals he is a fan of 'Reply 1994' and 'Reply 1997'

On the November 14 installment of JTBC's 'Ssul Jeon,' Heechul admitted that he was immersed in the current fever that is 'Reply 1994.'

In this episode, the cast members discussed how 'Reply 1994' broke through the sequel jinx and became a syndrome as it is garnering popularity and success much like its predecessor 'Reply 1997.'

Heechul said, "I don't normally watch dramas.  On an educational level for 'Ssul Jeon,' I decided to watch just episode one and two, but it turned out to be really entertaining.  I watched it all."

Because he was influenced by his complete immersion in 'Reply 1994,' he confessed that he even watched all of 'Reply 1997' to everyone's amusement.

He was also asked whether he ever felt sorrow about his hometown during his training period.  Heechul said, "To my relief, the agency I entered had Donghae from Mokpo and Yunho from Kwangjoo so I did not feel much sorrow about my hometown."

Davichi have released a 'filming sketch' of their second, 'lip version' music video for "The Letter" from their latest album 'Davichi Code'.

Unlike the previous 'filming sketch' that introduced you to actress Yoon So Yi from the drama MV, this new making-of clip takes you on set with Kang Min Kyung and Haeri. The duo manage to switch from playing around while they hang out between takes to serious acting as they sing the sorrowful lyrics.

Davichi returns with “The Letter” on ‘Music Bank’

Returning with another sad ballad, Davichi released their new single “The Letter” and starting their official promotions, the duo kick off their comeback stage on ‘Music Bank’.

“The Letter” blends the orchestral sound and acoustic guitar, completed with poetic sad lyrics that will bring tears to your eyes. It is composed by Jeon Hae Sung, who also worked with their previous hit “Don’t Say Goodbye”.

Ailee tears up during her acceptance speech at 2013 MMA

Singer Ailee, who has been the topic of a recent scandal, performed at 2013 Melon Music Awards and wins for the Melon Music Award Top 10. During her acceptance speech, the female soloist tears up while delivering her thank yous.

She thanked the people around her especially her fans who have been supporting her during this hard period of time.

Netizens who edited Kang Min Kyung’s sponsor photo arrested

Davichi’s Kang Min Kyung has been reported to have filed lawsuit against netizens who have spread malicious photoshopped images of herself with a sponsor. Officials from the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office has announced today that they have arrested the culprit.

According to the prosecutors, two netizens posted the photo this past March on various portal sites. The photo showed a woman who seems to look like Kang Min Kyung serving a sponsor at a nightspot. Kang Min Kyung and her agency took legal actions and did some investigations of their own. They submitted these netizen’s IDs to the police and discovered the suspects shortly.

The prosecutors also stated that Kang Min Kyung sued a third netizen that was involved, but press charges are dropped as they have not found the person’s actual identity.
