Soyu toughens up with an intense workout at the gym

SISTAR's Soyu made an appearance on MBC's 'I Live Alone' on May 23, showing offher new house as well as what she does during her private time in the day.  One of the things she did was go to the gym for her weight training, impressing the other male participants on the show as they watched the hard work she put into the exercises.  

She proved that she worked hard to get her glamorous body as she works through sweat and pain with heavy weights. Explaining that while it is extremely difficult to go through the exercises, the refreshed and satisfactory feeling afterwards is what helps her enjoy it.

Xiumin reveals his thoughts on EXO-M's first performance of 'Overdose' in China

On a new episode of Mnet's 'xoxo EXO' that aired on May 23, Xiumin revealed his thoughts on EXO-M's first performance of "Overdose" in Beijing, China after he returned to the dorms.

Xiumin said, "Just now, EXO-M did our first performance of our new song 'Overdose.' It's a relief we finished it up with no problems.  I was very nervous, maybe because it was the first broadcast, so I became equally disappointed afterwards.

I think that there usually would be some disappointment after performing a new song for the first time.  Then, we show our gradually improving selves."

He then explained that this time, EXO-K and EXO-M were promoting separately, which reminded him of when they first debuted.  He said, "I'm reminded of our debut days.  I am happier that we are promoting in China as it's been a while."

SISTAR's Soyu reveals her house and bare face on 'I Live Alone'

SISTAR's Soyu revealed her new house on the May 23 episode of MBC's 'I Live Alone', explaining that she moved out two weeks ago from the dorm after considering various factors.  One of the reasons was that the group used to have many activities as a team, but nowadays, they were more active individually, so some would come in at night and others in the morning.

After waking up in her zebra print bed, Soyu showed off her bare face, which looked pretty despite the joking claims from the male participants that it looked very different.

Soyu said, "I rarely get to eat at night, so I try to make sure I eat breakfast," and started boiling kimchi stew.  She even made rolled omelette!  She said, "I eat like a king in the morning, and then eat a mixture of carbohydrates and proteins for lunch.  At night, I try to eat vegetables, chicken breast, or fruits.  I try to make meals from the food pyramid."

She also revealed that she cleaned the house because she did not want it to smell. Check out the clip above!

Super Junior M's Henry reveals his motivation in learning Korean

Super Junior M's Henry disclosed his motivation in learning Korean.

Henry is a son of a Chinese (father) and Taiwanese (mother), but was raised in Canada making English as his native language. But Henry is a multilingual. He also knows how to speak Mandarin, Cantonese, and a little bit Japanese and Thai. 

Henry revealed that when he arrived in Korea, he saw Go Ara and he felt 'love at first sight' for her. As much as he wanted to talk to her, his inability to speak in Korean limited his chance to know more about Go Ara. He could only say 'Hello' to her.

That encounter inspired him to study Korean language.

Kris indirectly supports EXO members?

With all the ruckus going around whether which party is at fault or not, Kris updates his weibo bio with a message 'Work hard. Fighting!' at the same day of EXO's first ever solo concert.

On the day 11 members of EXO are performing on stage in front of their fans, Kris indirectly expresses his support for his members by putting up the encouraging words.

He may not mentioned them directly but fans are sure that it is for the members performing at the concert. Because of his thoughtful act, fans on SNS commented, "This is more upsetting. They blame Kris but here he is still supporting the members.","Please come back immediately and join them on stage." "We will patiently wait for your return.""I know how you love your members.","This is the Kris I know, always being supportive." and so on.
