f(x)’s Krystal tears up while talking about being the maknae

It appears that many tears were shed on this week’s episode of MBC’s Come to Play‘.

First, it was f(x)’s Sulli, who showed her gratitude towards SNSD’s Tiffany and Taeyeon. This time, fellow f(x) member and maknae, Krystal, shared a personal story about her own hardships.

“As the group’s maknae, I couldn’t comfortably join in with the others because of the age difference. Even when we went out to eat together, I felt a distance between me and the others.”

Feeling sad about those difficult times, she began to shed tears. She said, “We were trainees during different periods so we hadn’t spent much time together. I always acted carefully, thinking that it would be awkward if I tried to become too close to them. Now I think that I should make the first move toward intimacy.”

In response to both Sulli and Krystal, Tiffany said that she wishes to take better care of her juniors, as many of them may be upset and going through hard times.

T-ara’s Qri’s outfit: Where Can I Get That?

A couple weeks ago, T-ara and 4minute attended the “Spore Sharing National Event”, and although all the girls were looking super chic, I especially liked Qri’s classy pink and white ensemble.

The colors and details of the outfit are charming and lovely, which was well-suited for a daytime event.

Specifically, the combination of the blouse’s frills and the skirt’s lace detailing create a perfect soft romantic style.

If you’re wondering where this outfit is available, both pieces are made by the brand Olive des Olive.

Both pieces retail for about $180 USD each and are available in a variety of different colors.

Goo Hara’s feet attract attention

KARA member Goo Hara is attracting attention not only for her relationship with B2ST’s Junhyung, but also for her feet. Recently on an online community board, a photo was uploaded of Goo Hara in the midst of modeling for jewelry brand, Swarovoski.

In the picture, Goo Hara is sitting on the chair with her legs crossed, wearing a light cheetah pattern jumpsuit with her hair tied up. However, her cute expression could not hide her somewhat unsightly feet.

In contrast to Goo Hara’s pretty face, fans are nicknaming her feet as “frog feet“.

Netizens responded, “Her face is pretty but her feet are a bit unattractive”, “Would Junhyung think her feet’s pretty?”, and “It’s a little sad that her feet became like that after wearing high heels too much.”

Arirang rates the Worst Idol Star Actors

On June 28th, Arirang rated the top 5 idol stars who are known to be horrible actors on their ‘Pops in Seoul‘ program which has been stirring up some heated debates between fans.

The idol stars were rated mostly on their skills in expressing emotions (facial, tone), pronunciation, and how natural they looked while acting.

KARA’s Goo Hara was rated as the 5th worst on this list and the rest went something like this:SS501’s Kim Hyun Joong as number 4, miss A’s Suzy at number 3, TVXQ’s U-Know / Yunho at number 2, and finally, Davichi’s Kang Min Kyung was rated as the worst idol star actress.

The hostess of the segment, NS Yoon Ji (reading from a script) gave somewhat harsh criticism and feedback for each idol but ended the comment with praise such as, “Don’t worry Hyun Joong oppa, this actually means you’re even more charming“, and “Oh wait, I can hear all her uncle fans screaming, ‘it’s okay, because Suzy makes up for it with her beauty‘”.

Although a few admittedly agreed on the accuracy of the ratings, many fans were upset about the content and questioned if the degree of insult was needed. Check out the segment below!
