'To the Beautiful You' reveals official group poster

The most buzzed-about upcoming drama, ‘To the Beautiful You’ is back to boost your anticipation with the release of the first preview poster.

The poster showed the main leads of the drama including SHINee’s Minho and f(x)’s Sulli as well as Yoo Min Kyu, Lee Hyun Woo and Seo Jun Young. The cast members are all dressed in comfortable, mute-toned clothes while smiling brightly for the camera.

Based on a Japanese manga, ‘To the Beautiful You’ is about Goo Jae Hee (Sulli), an extreme fan girl of champion high-jumper Kang Tae Joon (Minho), who tries to make a comeback from a career-threatening injury. To help revive his career, Jae Hee impersonates a guy to attend Tae Joon’s all boys high school.

Minho & Sulli pose for 'Vogue Girl'

Appearing in the upcoming SBS drama ‘To the Beautiful You’, SHINee’s Minho & f(x)’s Sulli have come together as a couple in a pictorial for the August issue of fashion magazine ‘Vogue Girl’.

In the released photos, Sulli, who disguises herself as a boy in the series, dons black suit and short hair perfectly showcasing her boyish charm. The flower boy Minho displays his charming appeals, while giving off mysterious gaze.

Super Junior to release "Sexy, Free & Single" in Japan

Hallyu group Super Junior has announced that they will be releasing “Sexy, Free & Single” as their fourth single in Japan.

According the Super Junior’s official Japanese website, the fourth single “Sexy, Free & Single,” which is the title of the group’s sixth full-length album dropped in Korea on July 14, will go on sale in Japan next month.

The fourth Japanese single will include the Japanese versions of the title song “Sexy, Free & Single” and the coupling ballad song “Our Love.”

“Sexy, Free & Single” will be available in two versions; regular CD-only and limited edition. The limited edition will include the music video and off-shot of “Sexy, Free & Single” with an additional memorial clip of “Way” to its first pressed copies. The CD-only version will include the Korean version of the title track as well.

T-ara donates over 730kg of rice which they received from their official fan club

T-ara just recently wrapped up a very successful fan meeting with their official fan club "QUEENS" last 14th of July at the Kyung Hee University in Seoul and the girls received over 730 kg of rice from the rice wreathes their fans gave them.

Their official fan club gave these presents with a good intention and T-ara follows through and donates the rice they received to the underprivileged and malnourished children. The girls of T-ara can't help but tear up on the fan meeting as they received so much presents from their fans. Meanwhile, T-ara will be holding their first solo concert in Korea this coming August 11.

2PM releases video teaser for next Japanese single

Following the success of their previous single “Beautiful”, which recently been deemed as the best K-Pop song for the first half of 2012 by Tower Records Awards, 2PM is preparing for their fifth Japanese single.

On July 18th, a new teaser video was posted on their official Japanese website. The video teaser shows all six men standing in a dimly-lit room filled with smoke. There’s no information on the video, but with the word “Masquerade” being used in the video, the assumption is that this will be the title of the single.

f(x) gets a good run for getting 9 trophies after 5 weeks of promotions

On the 15th of July, f(x) concluded their album promotions for their album "Electric Shock" on SBS "Inkigayo" as the girls are going to prepare for their debut in Japan. The group made a successful comeback having a good run of winning 9 #1 trophies in various music shows in just 5 weeks of promotions of their album.

They released their new EP "Electric Shock" last June 9 and since then their album received a lot of love from their fans. With their unique concept and catchy songs it reflected well on music charts and topped music charts week after week. Meanwhile, the group is going to focus on solo activities and prepare at the same time for their debut in Japan later this year.

2PM releases video teaser for upcoming Japanese single

2PM‘s official Japanese website has released a video teaser for their upcoming 5th Japanese single, which could potentially be titled ‘Masquerade‘. There’s no information on this teaser video, and with the word Masquerade being used in the video, the assumption is that this will be the title of the single.

In the video teaser revealed, the boys are seen dressed in all black and standing in a foggy, dimly-lit room. With soothing, mellow instrumentals combined with powerful vocals, we can anticipate a powerful release in Japan.

T-ara's Day By Day and SHINee's Sherlock is the same MV set?

T-ara's Day by Day and SHINee's Sherlock are speculated to be filmed in the same location.

T-ara came back with their new song Day by Day which garners lots of attentions because of their new member Ahreum. However, another topic has been opened since the release of their Day by Day music video as the MV set looks like SHINee's Sherlock shooting location.

If you will look closely at the pictures above, the MV set really looks the same, the windows, the stairs and even SHINee's Onew chair and Hyomin's chair in the music videos.
