Who does T-ara’s Jiyeon pick as her ideal man on “100 Points out of 100″?

Gagman Kim Kyung Jin, who once gained interest as the “perfect son” for receiving straight A+ grades in school, was recently picked by T-ara’s Jiyeon as her ideal man.

During a recent recording of KBS 2TV’s “100 Points out of 100″, T-ara’s Soyeon asked Jiyeon if there was anyone on the set that she liked. In order to find Jiyeon’s ideal man, the MCs asked a set of questions to the male cast, including Lee Suk Hoon, B2ST’s Yoseob, MBLAQ’s Lee Joon, andSupreme Team’s Simon D.

In particular, when Jiyeon gave her opinion on whether there was anything unique about each of the male cast members, she stated that Yoseob’s unique point was how much he talked about himself. Yoseob made a huge fuss in response, causing the whole set to burst into laughter.

After persistent questioning, Jiyeon finally picked her ideal man – Kim Kyung Jin. Jiyeon stated, “When I watch the programs that Kim Kyung Jin comes out on, I always thought his cuteness and frank imagewere charming.” The rest of the cast were utterly baffled by her choice and could not believe he was her true ideal man.

The full episode will be aired this coming February 19th.

“KARA Just Disband” petition started by “Burning”

The members of KARA, who are currently in a legal dispute with their company, DSP Media, have suffered a rather painful blow, but this time from netizens.

On February 16th, a petition was opened up on the portal site Daum, titled “KARA Just Disband“. The members of this petition are trying to gain at least 100,000 members, but are currently only at 665 members and counting.

The creator of this petition, a netizen who goes by the name “Burning“, stated that, “I loved KARA and supported their Japan debut and expected to see an improved KARA after they came back“, but that he instead got, “People who call themselves parents who block the path of their children, so I think it would be better for us if we didn’t have to see KARA anymore.”

Tae Jin Ah confirms successful arbitration between KARA trio & DSP Media

After recent reports that the Korean Singers Association president, Tae Jin Ah, would personallybe mediating the dispute between the three members of KARA and their agency, DSP Media, a recent announcement by Tae Jin Ah show prospects of a final reconciliation between the two parties.

President Tae Jin Ah told Asia Economy on February 18th, “I received replies from the lawyer representatives of both the three KARA members and DSP Media.”

He continued, “We examined the documents, and we believe we will get a very positive outcome, and we think the arbitration was successful. The lawyers and I will be sitting together on one table to discuss the matter as early as tomorrow (February 19th).”

“On the day of discussion, those who will be present will include myself and the respective lawyers for the three KARA members and DSP Media, as well as the president of the Entertainment Producers Association, Ahn Jung Dae. I will be meeting with the parents of the three members only after in-depth discussions have taken place.”

Tae Jin Ah concluded, “With both lawyers sending positive replies, the possibility of a positive outcome to the situation has increased. Please wait a little while longer.”

On February 17th, f(x)’s Luna posted a thank you message for her members and sunbaes (seniors) on her personal me2day. With the post, she also uploaded a cute sel-ca picture of herself with fellow group member, Victoria.

She wrote, “Everyone~ Victoria-unnie and I came to greet you because it’s been a long time. These days, I have been working hard for the musical <Legally Blonde>, and I am so thankful because my members and sunbae-nims have been taking good care of me. ha. Jewelry’s Eunjung expresses optimism about KARA’s future

Jewelry’s Eunjung, a close friend of KARA member Nicole, was asked in a recent interview what she thought about KARA’s situation.

Eunjung responded, “I’m upset, and it’s even more painful since I’m close to Nicole but I deliberately didn’t ask anything. I believed it would be resolved, I know she’s in tough situation and it doesn’t seem right / polite to ask as well. I’m sure she would come and talk when she’s having a hard time and needs someone to lean on but I believe KARA will be able to solve it.”

Kang Ji Young’s father explains Han Seungyeon’s father’s controversial remarks

Kang Ji Young’s father recently came forward to clarify the controversial remarks made by Han Seungyeon’s father during a recent Japanese interview.

On February 17th, Kang Ji Young’s father made an appearance on SBS’s “One Night of TV Entertainment” and stated, “The “leader” Han Seungyeon’s father referred to on a Japanese broadcast was not Park Gyuri.”

To recap, Han Seungyeon’s father said the following during the February 15th broadcast of Fuji TV’s“Super News“:“They needed to do this and that and make suggestions on correcting things, but I think the leader failed in their responsibility on that part. This was all caused by bad communication.”

Kang Ji Young’s father clarified, “The leader he was referring to was the agency’s representative, not Park Gyuri. It looked like Seungyeon’s father had his head down and was drained of energy, and said things in a wrong way.”

Meanwhile, Kang Ji Young’s father also confessed that he would like for the three members to receive separate management.

During the interview, her father stated, “I want the three members to be managed separately. It’s because I’m worried for the kids. Would the agency still take care of them well after getting sued? I think they’ll show contempt.”

With regards to the lawsuit, Kang Ji Young’s father said they’re already suffering the “consequences”, “If they adhered to the original contract, this lawsuit would not be happening.”

T-ara’s Eunjung is a ‘naughty girl’ for ‘Singles’

T-ara’s Eunjung exhibited her cute and refreshing charms in a recent photoshoot for ‘Singles‘.

The photoshoot revolved around the ‘naughty girl’ concept, and the idol was decked in vivid, brightly-colored clothes. She posed confidently, giving off the vibe of a spoiled ‘naughty girl’.

When the concept was first explained to the singer, she expressed her concerns over its difficulty, “It doesn’t work well if you force yourself to do it.”

But when the lights came on, Eunjung posed like professional.

Because Eunjung is extremely busy with her “Dream High” filming, the photoshoot started at 6:00 AM. Without showing any signs of fatigue, the idol got right to work.

She also tweeted on February 18th, “So I hear that the concept for Single’s March edition photoshoot is ‘naughty girl’? Haha… A few pictures were already revealed, so I’m posting pictures that I had on my phone. Blonde… and red lips. Whoa whoa. My heart is pounding”.

Naughty Eunjung - 180 degrees image change!

T-ara member Eunjung has just revealed her youthful charm.

Eunjung released her 'naughty girl' concept for the March release of 'Singles'

The naughty girl concept conveyed a 'spoiled brat' image, completely overwhelming the manses with her expression and clothing. The concept was described as "The more we try for the image on purpose, the worse the image will get" - whilst camera flashes were going off.

Eunjung exudes the talent of other fantastic models as well as actors/actresses in her shoot.

Even though Eunjung was seen to be tired from her shooting of 'Dream High' (KBS2TV), she continued to soldier on for this shoot all throughout the morning (starting at 6AM).

We will soon be able to see Eunjung's fantastic talent in 'Singles man about' edition.

f(x) and SHINee selected as the main models for 'Auction'

Idol groups SHINee and f(x) were selected as the face of 'Auction' (auction.co.kr)

Auction (www.auction.co.kr) as the main leading fashion and accessory brand of the year appointed SHINee to join forces with existing models, f(x) to be the face of Auction starting in March.

SHINee consists of 5 members, Jonghyun, Key, Minho, Taemin and Onew. Recently they gained great success after holding their first concert in Japan causing an explosive interest among the Japanese fans in their style of music, and sense of fashion. With their popularity and fame national and internationally, the group being selected as Auction's new models planned to express their friendly, energetic and trendy image.

f(x) is a 5 membered group consisting of Amber, Victoria, Luna, Krystal and Sulli, who were already the main models for Auction and signed a 2 year contract with them. They're also planned to express their trendy and stylish side alongside SHINee.

For this edition of Auction, both SHINee and f(x) are aiming for the trendy image, showing a stylish and iconic side of them as an idol group to target young people in hopes to strengthen their sales in the fashion and accessory category for costumers in their 10s-20s through celebrity marketing.
