BoA unveils jacket photo for Japanese single ‘Tail of Hope’

Avex announced the release of BoA’s upcoming Japanese single ‘Tail of Hope’ along with a jacket image of the album, showing the fresh-looking singer smiling at a blue sky.

To be released on June 26th, ‘Tail of Hope’ is the 34th Japanese single released by BoA. The title song of the same name is a bouncy dance piece which was used as the theme song for the drama ‘Hakui no Namida’.

The b-side was originally going to be “Sonna Kimi -Japanese Version-” but was replaced by “Baby You”. A Japanese version of “Disturbance” will be included in the album as well.

T-ara N4 to open at Chris Brown’s solo concert

T-ara’s first ever unit group, T-ara N4, will hold it U.S. debut performance in Chris Brown’s upcoming solo concert.

On May 20th, T-ara N4’s Eunjung, Jiyeon, Areum and Hyomin attended a press conference and revealed that the group will open the solo concert of American hip-hop singer Chris Brown on May 26 in Las Vegas.

Jiyeon said, “As it is our first performance in the United States, we want to bring out the best. I’m nervous and excited.”

Meanwhile, T-ara N4 is set to release a new single in the United States which features popular artists including Snoop Dogg, T-Pain, RayJ, Wiz Khalifa & Chris Brown.

T-ara N4 denies trying to promote in America to avoid facing criticism in Korea

T-ara N4 denied the speculations about setting off on a venture in the United States just to avoid the heat in Korea.

After their return to Korea, the girls held a press conference on May 20 at the Seoul Cheongdamdong Imperial Palace Hotel. At the press conference, they were asked, "After your situation last year, many people are looking at you in a negative light, and are wondering if you have shifted focus to America because of that."

The girls answered, "We don't think that opportunities come around often. A lot of the decisions are made on the spot. We went to the United States in between promoting 'Countryside Life'. But everything else will go as scheduled.

They also further stressed that they weren't leaving the domestic market, as they further expanded on their plans coming up. "The members who aren't part of T-ara N4 will be releasing a Japanese album as a unit. They're filming their MV next week. After that, we're going to release T-ara's new material [as a group]."

Eunjung added, "I think the most important thing is what kind of image of ourselves we will be showing you from now on. No matter where we are, we will always show your our sincere selves. It won't be a lie or a bad image, but an always honest, sincere, and good image of ourselves."

T-ara N4' also confirmed that "Countryside Life" will be sold in five English versions for Western fans to jam to. The new versions will feature Chris Brown, Snoop Dogg, Wiz Khalifa, T-Pain, and Ray-J participating in the rap portions in which SPEED's Taewoon originally featured. As if having Chris Brown, Snoop Dogg, Wiz Khalifa, T-Pain, and Ray-Jfeaturing in their song wasn't enough, the girls will also be opening for Chris Brown's upcoming Las Vegas concert!

The girls made the announcement during their press conference at Seoul's Imperial Palace Hotel, saying, "On May 26, we'll be standing on stage to open for Chris Brown's concert in Las Vegas."

Core Contents Media's Lee Jin Taek revealed, "For American promotions of 'Countryside Life', we have contracted with Empire Records'... For T-ara's opening stage at Chris Brown's concert, an American singer might be making a surprise guest appearance."

And that's not all! They're also scheduled to stand on the red carpet at the BET Awards with Chris Brown on June 30.

T-ara N4 hits the jackpot with numerous celebrity features for the English versions of "Countryside Life"

T-ara N4's trip to Los Angeles to hang out with Chris Brown has yielded some amazing results.

One Way's Chance part of the producing team Duble Sidekick who produced T-ara N4's "Countryside Life" shared some fabulous news about the upcoming English version of the song. 

Not only will there be an English song for Western fans to jam too, the new track will feature Chris Brown, Snoop Dogg, Wiz Khalifa, T-Pain, and Ray-J, how amazing is that?

There is no word on when exactly the worldwide release is gonna happen, but whenever it does, we are expecting the single to be amazing. Are you looking forward to this unlikely of collaboration singles?

TVXQ releases short PV for ‘OCEAN’

The duo of TVXQ has just released a short PV for upcoming single, ‘OCEAN’.

TVXQ will release their new single titled,‘OCEAN’ this coming June 12, 2013. The title song of the same name is a “Summer dance track” that will surely heighten the atmosphere this Summer.

The single will include that coupling track “Wedding Dress”, which has been chosen as the main theme song for the BeeTV drama ‘Best Proposal’.

Jonghyun to rejoin SHINee on ‘M! Countdown’ this week

After sitting out on album promotions due to his injury in a car accident, Jonghyun will be rejoining his SHINee teammates starting on this week’s Mnet’s ‘M! Countdown’.

According to SM Entertainment on May 22, Jonghyun has recovered his health and he will be performing the title song “Why So Serious?” with his members on the May 23 broadcast of Mnet’s ‘M!Countdown.’ This will be the first time all five members will be on the same stage together since the promotions began for their newest album ‘Why So Serious? - Misconceptions of Me’.

In addition, Jonghyun will be attending SHINee’s fifth year anniversary party on May 25th titled ‘SHINee DAY’.
