T-ara releases more details for fan club's launch

Back in February, girl group T-ara announced its plan to have a big concert and an inauguration ceremony for its official fan club in July to mark the group’s third year anniversary.

On April 25th, T-ara’s agency Core Contents Media revealed more details regarding their fan club’s launch. According to the agency, the inauguration ceremony will be held on July 14 at Seoul’s Kyunghee University’s Peace Memorial Hall.

T-ara also released a teaser photo, inviting fans to join them in the upcoming event. In the photo, the girls are holding up a sign that says, “We invite you to the launch of T-ara’s fan club on July 14!”

Earlier this month, Core Contents Media CEO Kim Kwangsoo confirmed that T-ara will be adding two new members and plans to release in album in July.

Eunjung and Oh Inhye to star in Yangpa, Seeya's Lee Boram and Soyeon's "I Know" music video

Yangpa, Seeya's Lee Boram and T-ara's Soyeon will release a song together called "I Know" starring actress Oh Inhye and T-ara's Eunjung in the music video.

T-ara's Eunjung and On Inhye will play lovers who both express the feelings of broken up lovers in the "I Know" music video, displaying their emotions for love through their acting.

On Inhye has been known for her sexy red carpet looks, but will become an innocent woman full of sorrowful tears in "I Know".

Yangpa's TOGETHER album features "Love Is All The Same", which is a duet with Davichi's Lee Haeri and Coed/5dolls' Hanna. Part two, "Break-ups Are All The Same" features Coed/SPEED's Jongkook. Both songs have reached the top of the charts on the major online music sites after being released.

Yangpa debuted 15 years ago in 1997 and is known for her nasal and unique singing voice.

Yangpa, Seeya's Lee Boram, and T-ara's Soyeon's "I Know" will be released on May 1st at the same time as Yangpa's mini album.

Eunjung reveals her drama dilemma

T-ara‘s Eunjung recently revealed that she is watching MBC‘s Wednesday/Thursday drama ‘The King 2 Hearts‘.

On April 24th she tweeted, “It’s a war between the Wednesday/Thursday dramas…’The King 2 Hearts’, ‘Equator Man’, and ‘Rooftop Prince’ are all so fun! It’s so hard to decide which channel to turn to. Because of my schedule, I am not gonna be able to watch for two weeks. So sad. I’m currently watching ‘The King 2 Hearts’ with my mom.”

In related news, MBC’s ‘The King 2 Hearts’, KBS2 TV‘s ‘Equator Man‘, and SBS‘s ‘Rooftop Prince‘ are in a war over viewership numbers. Last week ‘Equator Man’, which was in last place, rose to first by their 9th episode. However, ‘Equator Man’ and ‘The King 2 Hearts’, which was third, only differ by a 1.2% viewer rating. These three dramas are definitely in a heated battle for first!

Victoria impresses with her new slim figure

A recent snapshot of f(x) leader Victoria has become a hot topic of discussion among netizens.

An online community board posted several photos of the singer with a caption that read, “f(x)’s Victoria lost even more weight, looks like a model.”

The photos reveal a much leaner Victoria at the airport wearing a black dress and sunglasses. All eyes were immediately drawn to her long, thin arms and legs as she walked, exuding the look of a professional model.

These photos drew more attention as Victoria has received criticisms in the past for looking a bit chubbier than she did when she first debuted, but her recent figure is sure to shut critics up.

Netizens have been showing their support commenting, “She is really beautiful and has an amazing body,” “Has she been on a diet as she filmed a drama? She is really skinny,” and “It is good to be healthy, but Victoria really looks good when she is skinny.”

In related news, Victoria has recently been cast to star in the drama, ‘The Prince Who Lost his Castle‘.

f(x)成员Victoria一袭演员级别的时尚造型现身机场。

4月24日，某门户网站公告板出现了一张Victoria的近照。照片中Victoria身穿紧身黑色连衣裙搭配墨镜现身机场，一袭造型看上去酷似好莱坞演员，而不是一个歌手，非常吸引眼球。不知是不是减肥成功的缘故，Victoria身材又瘦了许多，魅力更胜从前。网民们纷纷表示“原来就挺瘦的，现在更瘦了”、“藏也藏不住的艺人范儿”、“拍电视剧拍出演员范儿了”等，反应热烈。

Victoria正在拍摄讲述一个女人与两个富三代男人之间三角恋爱关系的台湾电视剧《失去城堡的王子》。

Girl group members spotted in a mini wedding dress!

On April 24, Girl group members including KARA's Park Gyuri & Han SeungYeon, Miss A's Suzy, 4Minute's Hyunah and f(x)'s Krystal were spotted at the Shinsegae Department store, filming an episode of Running Man. They were caught on camera by the Running Man fans, wearing a mini white wedding dress with sweat pants under and training shoes.

The Daily Sports has reported that the concept of the episode is about newly weds couple, whereas you see from the photo above, the girls are paired up with the Running Man casts who were wearing wedding tuxedos.

Suzy has appeared on the show for the second time. Also the second time she's paired up with HAHA, one of her biggest fans who are infected by the Suzy Disease.

The attraction of girl group members to the show, has caused traffic problems earlier today at the shooting location, Seoul - where many fans gathered to get a glimpse of their favorite Running Man cast members or their favorite girl group member.

This episode is set to air on May 13, 2012.

Eunhyuk & Donghae in 'Choa' Nikkan Sports Japanese Magazine!

Super Junior's Eunhyuk and Donghae are both featured in Japanese magazine. Both of them answered the questions during the interview. Read their answers below.

Q: The reason for forming this group?

Hyuk: During concerts, the both of us always performed together. “Oppa Oppa” also received a lot of love so we’ve decided to start this promotion activity. My 10-year long friendship with Donghae has also made our likings for things, other than music, the same.

Q: After working together, did your impression of each other change?

Hyuk: When we start working, we are different. Donghae takes a long time to prepare things, and he is always quite clumsy so as his hyung, it is really something that is very troublesome (laugh)

Q: You guys have been friends for a very long time~

Hyuk: When we first knew each other, we always go dutch when we are buying things or eating. When I started to earn money, I will treat people around me to a meal but until now, Donghae has yet to treat me to a meal. I’ve never even seen Donghae’s wallet before (laugh)

Q: Donghae, did you bring your wallet?

Hyuk: Say the truth, you didn’t bring it right?

Hae: No I didn’t, honestly.

Hyuk: You’ve never ever treated me to a meal! (laugh)

Hae: Indeed, I’ve never treated you to food but I gave you a birthday present before

Hyuk: Only once

Hae: Did I ever buy birthday presents for the other members?

Hyuk: You bought it for all of them before

Hae: How come I didn’t know that? (laugh)

Q: What kind of birthday present was it?

Hae: Something that was very expensive

Hyuk: Wasn’t it those small gifts that you get from buying bags often (laugh)

Hae: Indeed, I really bought a lot of expensive things so I can (get those small gifts and) give them to you..no matter what you say, its useless~

Q: Which member pays the most?

Hyuk: No matter how we say it, its leader Leeteuk. But he really likes letting us treat him to a meal and in the end, because we treated him to a meal, he kept going around showing off (laugh)

Q: The song “First love”‘s lyrics was written by Donghae. When did you write it?

Hae: I often write lyrics when its a rainy day.

Q: During Paris SS4, there were a lot of chances for you to interact with the audiences~

Hyuk: The members were all shocked. In short, everyone was very enthusiastic. I went down 2 levels and there were even people that kissed my face, I really had a shock (laugh) this must be Europe’s culture.

Baek Ji Young to make comeback in May with a dance track

The ‘Queen of ballads’ Baek Ji Young will finally be making her comeback with a dance title track!

On April 24th, WS Entertainment announced, “Baek Jiyoung will make a comeback and release a new mini-album. The title track will be a dance genre.”

“This will be her first time releasing a dance album since “My Ear’s Candy” in 2009. During this time, Baek Ji Young has done many ballad OST’s for dramas and her albums. In order for us to give a new feeling we decided to do a dance song”, the agency added.

Regarding the upcoming title song, the agency stated, “While we cannot reveal it yet, Baek Ji Young's concept for her upcoming mini-album will be completely different from the ones in the past. She has been working hard to make each and every song in the album perfect.”

Meanwhile, Baek Ji Young is acting as a training coach for the contestants on ‘Voice Korea’ while working on her new album.

Super Junior releases Japanese "Opera" MV short version

Hallyu group Super Junior previously revealed that they will be releasing a Japanese version of “Opera”. After releasing a preview of the PV earlier this month, the boys released a short version music video for their upcoming single.

“Opera” is included to Super Junior’s latest Korean full length album “Mr. Simple.” The single will be in Japanese version and will as well include original Japanese song “Way”, which is their second original song after “Snow White.”

SHINee releases MV for Japanese "Sherlock"

After their successful comeback promotions in South Korea, the boys of SHINee will be releasing their latest hit single “Sherlock” in Japan. Ahead of its official release, SHINee unveiled the full music video for Japanese version of “Sherlock.”

On April 25th, SHINee released the music video via EMI Music Japan’s official Youtube channel. The Japanese music video does not differ much from its original Korean counterpart and also features Girls' Generation's Jessica.

“Sherlock” Japanese version will be released on May 16th. The single will also include a Japanese original song called “Keeping Love Again” as its coupling track and will be available in 3 different versions.
