4minute, who enjoyed successful promotions for “What’s Your Name?,” will be coming back with a new single “Is it Poppin’?”. The group started off the countdown by releasing theirindividual concept photosand now they just unveiled a music video teaser for the song.
According to Cube Entertainment, 4minute is set to release their new digital single “Is it Poppin’?” (previously referred as “The Water’s Fine”) on June 28. The song is a hip-hop dance number with catchy melody line, and will contain 4minute’s unique colors.
The singer and the actress had sued the hospital for uploading photos of them onto the hospital board. The judge of their case said, "Mr. Choi [the defendant] must pay both Ms. Baek and Ms. Nam 5,000,000 KRW (approximately 4,300 USD) each."
The judge decided that Mr. Choi's hospital workers had violated Baek Ji Young and Nam Gyu Ri's right of publicity by 'blog marketing'. He said, "The blog posts look like they're just writing thoughts and reviews on TV programs, but they've attached hospital PR, so it became a part of marketing. If the photos are used continuously without permission, their value as a CF model decreases."
This case is different than Jang Dong Gun and Girls' Generation'scase because in that case, the surgeon and his clinic was not responsible for the posts.

KARA will be holding their second arena tour in Japan this coming October.
On June 23, KARA held its fanmeeting ‘Kamilia School’ at the Yokohama Arena concert hall and met up with 24,000 Japanese fans. On this day, the group announced that they will hold their second arena tour ‘KARA 2nd Japan Tour 2013 - KARASIA’ in October.
The tour will start in Yokohama on October 8 and will stop by several other cities including Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka, Fukui, and Kobe, holding their concerts twice in each city.
This will be KARA’s second arena tour after their successful first tour in April of last year. The previous six-city arena tour garnered approximately 150,000, proving their great popularity in the country.
SISTAR has just released a making-of video for their latest title song “Give It To Me”, giving fans a closer look at their music video filming.
“Give It To Me” was produced by hit maker Duble Sidekick, who also behind their summer hit song “Loving U”, and is arranged by a famous producer Kim Do Hun. The music video was directed by Joo Heesun, who has also worked on other music videos for SISTAR, including “Alone” and “Loving U.”
