SHINee’s Minho and John Park in talks to join ‘1 Night 2 Days’



Following the departure of Joo Won and Lee Soo Geun, KBS’s variety show ‘1 Night 2 Days’ is looking for new members for the upcoming new season.

According to reports, SHINee’s Minho, John Park and indie band Rose Motel’s vocal Yook Joong Wan are strong candidates for new members in the third season of the variety program.

Both Minho and John Park’s agencies stated, “It’s true that we’ve received an offer. We are discussing the matter with the producing crew but nothing has been confirmed yet.”

Meanwhile, there are also rumors that current ‘1 Night 2 Days’ members Yoo Hae Jin, Sung Si Kyung and Kim Jong Min may even depart from the show as well.

T-ara to wrap up promotions for 'Number 9'



Queens will be missing T-ara on music shows for a while as they'll be wrapping up promotions for "Number 9".




T-ara will be completing their last "Number 9" stage on this week's 'Inkigayo' on November 10 KST. The girls said their temporary goodbyes behind the scenes at tonight's 'M! Countdown' with the photo above.


The members are carrying signs saying, "Goodbye Number 9, We're leaving after receiving a large amount of love. We'll be returning on December 2 with a song that'll surpass 'Roly Poly'. Look forward to it." T-ara commented, "We were happy promoting with so much love and interest, and we hope to have more opportunities to spend time with fans. Thank you, everyone."

After filming 'Inkigayo', T-ara will be flying off to Beijing on the 9th for their first Chinese showcase. They'll be making a comeback with "What Should I Do?" ("What Do I Do?") this December.




Davichi decided to release “Letter” at midnight



Breaking the usual noontime release, Davichi will be unveiling their upcoming new track “Letter” at midnight.

According to the duo’s agency, Davichi will be releasing their title track “Letter” at midnight on November 12. Instead of noon, it will be released at midnight time as the song is an emotional ballad that matches the quiet atmosphere of the night.

“Letter” blends the orchestral sound and acoustic guitar, completed with poetic sad lyrics that will bring tears to your eyes. It is composed by Jeon Hae Sung, who also worked with their previous hit “Don’t Say Goodbye”.

Super Junior to give lecture at Oxford University



Super Junior will be giving a lecture to the students at England’s Oxford University.

The Oxford University Korea Society announced on SNS accounts, “We will be co-hosting a speaking event with Super Junior on November 10th at Oxford University” and “There will be four speakers: Kangin, Eunhyuk, Siwon and Kyuhyun.”

Approximately 300 students of different nationalities sent in applications in 3 days, who will be given accesses to the lecture. Super Junior will be the second Korean singers to give a lecture at Oxford University after Psy.

Meanwhile, Super Junior will be holding their ‘Super Show 5’ concert at England’s Wembley Arena on November 9th.

Davichi releases MV teaser for “Letter”



Talented duo of Davichi is gearing up for a comeback next week, and they just unveiled a music video teaser for upcoming track “Letter”.

“Letter” is an acoustic and poetic ballad composed by Jeon Hae Sung, who also worked with their previous hit “Don’t Say Goodbye”. It contains a beautiful harmony of the powerful orchestration and soft acoustic guitar melody, and its sad lyrics is expected to move listeners’ heart in this late fall.
