T-ara, Davichi, and Yangpa concert, “K-Pop Power & Beauty” canceled

The K-Pop Power & Beauty” concert in San Francisco that was postponed back in January to April 22nd, 2012, has now been officially canceled according to Ticketmaster.

Many fans were eagerly awaiting this rare opportunity to see T-ara, Davichi, and Yangpa State-side but unfortunately it seems it’s not going to happen.

allkpop has tried to reach out to the organizers numerous times for information regarding the cancellation, but they have been avoiding all contact, after the cancellation was announced. All may not be lost however, as there is a chance that the ladies may perform at the Korean Music Festival hosted by The Korea Times on April 28th.

KARA’s pictorial booklet ‘Je t’aime KARA’ to hit stores in Korea on February 21st

Girl group KARA‘s first collection of pictorials (photo book), ‘Je t’aime Kara‘ will begin selling in Korea on February 21st.

According to their agency on February 17th, the booklet contains snapshots of the girls during their trip to Paris last year, and it includes 340 never-before-seen photos of the ladies.

It will also contain personal love letters that the girls have written for their fans.

The booklet started selling in Japan on February 14th and received a lot of interest from the local fans, and should also be a hot item in Korea on February 21st.

The booklets being sold in Korea also contains six postcards signed by the girls themselves.

KARA recently released their second album ‘Super Girl‘ in Japan which sold 275,206 copies the first week topping the Weekly Oricon Chart, and to date has sold over 750,000 copies reaching ‘Triple Platinum’ status.

Before official sales to the general public, ‘Je t’aime, KARA’ will be available at the girls’ independent concert to take place at the Gymnastics Stadium at Olympic Park on February 18th and 19th, and the 304-page booklet is priced at $17 USD.

Junho visits Ethiopia for ‘Global Share Project’

2PM‘s Junho recently traveled to Ethiopia to do some charity work.

On February 15th, Humanitarian Organization World Vision reported that they have launched ‘Global Share Project‘ in collaboration with EBS.

2PM’s Junho was selected as the first person to volunteer with ‘Global Share Project’ and sacrificed his first vacation in four years since his debut. He opted to travel to Ethiopia last month to spend some meaningful time with the locals.

Junho met with patients suffering from ‘elephantitis’, a rare from of skin disease and delightfully sang and danced with them. Junho has also been secretly supporting a child in Ethiopia who he got to meet in person, even presenting his adopted child a special gift.

Other than Junho, there were also a number of Indie bands from the Hongdae area who visited Zambia, Africa. Harim, Attic Moonlight, and more sang songs for children suffering from polio and malnutrition, planting some hope into their hearts. They also sang a song which they personally wrote and composed for the children, touching the hearts of the local people.

The first episode of Junho’s Ethiopia visit will air via EBS on February 27th at 10:40PM KST.

T-ara supports SPEED through a video message call

T-ara members support SPEED through video messages.

On the 17th, SPEED successfully made their first broadcast performance of "Lovey-Dovey Plus" on KBS 2TV "Music Bank". T-ara members had a schedule in Japan, but today (18th) T-ara members caught SPEED's "Music Bank" stage through replay.

After watching the performance, T-ara members joined in a video call with their juniors SPEED. Hyomin tried to give advice to SPEED on their choreography and facial expressions.

T-ara members commented about SPEED, "They did a good job on their first stage. 5dolls Hyoyoung was also full of charm during the stage."

SPEED said, "We want to work a bit harder for our next performance on SBS "Inkigayo" so we can show a perfect image of ourselves."

T-ara placed #1 on "Music Bank" this week, but could not attend because of their Japanese activities.

Meanwhile, SPEED's "Lovey-Dovey Plus" music video was and is topping GomTV's music video charts.

Hyomin of T-ara shows off her mannequin body. On the 18th of February, Hyomin updated her twitter with a couple of photo's. It seems that she has completed all her schedules and is resting at her room.

She can be seen wearing a leopard print dress showing off her figure and slender legs and wearing comfortable slippers. Netizens commented, "She has a really nice figure, Im jealous", "She looks like's she's posing for a magazine", "The leopard print dress looks perfect on her".

f(x) member Sulli shares a secla! On the 17th of February, Sulli updated her twitter saying, "On a rush to Singapore for Super Show! he he Bye ^^" and sahred a secla.

On her selca, Sulli wore sunglasses and comfortable outfit and boasts her cute charm with her V-sign. Netizens commented, "bye!", "Please be safe", "Sulli looks mature wearing sunglasses". Meanwhile, Sulli is off to Singapore for Super Junior's "Super Show 4" world tour.

T-ara gives a deep bow in thanks for their Music Bank win

      

Girl group T-ara are thankful for their music bank win! On the 17th of February, So Yeon updater her twitter account saying, "Its time for a celebration! THank you so much! ♥" and shared a couple of photo's of T-ara giving a deep bow and posing victoriously on a bed.

Along with this, So Yeon said, "Thank you so much for making our song Lovey Dovey number 1 in music bank! T_T but due to unavoidable circumstances and our tight schedules we could not attend the show, we are so sorry. But we are very thankful and we will do our best ^^". 

Netizens commented, "Congratulations on winning number 1", "Let's go T-ara!", "Where is Jiyeon?", "T-ara Fighting!". Meanwhile, This is the second consecutive win of T-ara for "lovey dovey" on Music Bank, they have reclaimed the throne of winning number 1 on the K-chart.

银赫 “我没关系的”

组合SUJU成员银赫在SBS《强心脏》录影的时候手指用绷带缠着现身聚集了关心。  


考虑到fans的担心，银赫于17日上午通过自己的twitter写道“怕大家担心就一直也没说，但还是出了新闻。事实上是因为不好意思才不说的..反正得把绷带解开，我真的没事！各位在开罐头的时候要小心呀！！”并上传了一张照片。  


照片中银赫在受伤的手指上缠着一次性的绷带，凝视着相机。 接着网友表示：“哥哥不疼”，“好担心啊真的没事吗？”，“要小心罐头盖子才行”等等多样的反应。

KARA releases first photo book "Je T' aime"

Girl group Kara releases their first ever photo book titled, “Je T’aime”.

According to Kara's agency DSP Media of February 17th, The photo book will contain a total of 340 behind-the-scenes photo cuts of Kara members from their first Paris trip. The album will also contain love letters which were personally written by each member for the fans.

Kara's photo book “Je T’aime” has already been released in Japan beginning from February 14th. It will become available in Korea through online and offline bookstore on February 21st. The Korean version of the album will contain 6 postcards signed by Kara members.
