SHINee reveal making-of for ’1000 Years Always by Your Side…’ PV and album jacket

SHINee have released the making of the album jacket and music video for their latest Japanese single ‘1000 Years Always by Your Side…‘!

The PV, which features the boys at an old-fashioned bus stop, is created in a short film style based on the theme of the lyrics: “The thoughts you want to deliver to people who you cherish, a story of a little miracle that surely happens a few times somewhere in the world.”

KARA’s ‘KARASIA 2013 Happy New Year in Tokyo Dome’ concert sells out in five minutes

 

KARA‘s first solo concert in Tokyo Dome entitled, ‘KARASIA 2013 Happy New Year in Tokyo Dome‘, was revealed to have sold out within five minutes of going on sale!

 

DSP Media confirmed, “Ticket sale for KARA’s Tokyo Dome concert began on the 8th and sold out in 5 minutes. 45,000 tickets were all sold out”, showing the magnitude of KARA’s popularity. The agency continued, “KARA’s Tokyo Dome concert was planned as a way to start the new year with fans. KARA will perform their hit songs as well as show never before seen sides to them through their performances.”

 

As reported earlier, KARA will become the first Korean female artists to perform a solo concert at the exclusive Tokyo Dome. The ”KARASIA 2013 Happy New Year in Tokyo Dome” will be held on January 6th.

 

In other news, KARA is currently promoting their ‘KARA Solo Collection‘ album.

Soo Ae, Kwon Sang Woo, Yunho, and more gather for the poster shoot of ‘Queen of Ambition’

 

The leading cast members including TVXQ‘s Yunho, Kwon Sang Woo, and Soo Ae gathered to pose for the poster shoot of their upcoming drama ‘Queen of Ambition‘.

 

The men wore sleek, black suits, showing off their masculine charms, while the ladies donned dresses that fit their characters perfectly. The poster, title, and teaser videos were all filmed on the same day with about 60 members on set at the SBS studio. The filming took place from 8 AM to 10 PM, but none of the actors complained and finished the day with smiles.

 

A representative commented, “On the shooting day, Kwon Sang Woo earned the title of ‘The Queen of Tears’ even though he was a man because he was able to portray the emotions of love, fury, regret, and hate all with one tear. Soo Ae wore many outfits for a luxurious setting, and even changed her hairstyle. Kwon Sang Woo commented, ‘She really is dangerously beautiful’, bringing laughter on set.”

 

The drama is set to air in January.

Ailee and Shin Bora look like Sisters in a new photo

 Ailee and Shin Bora recetly took a photo together.

On December 11, Ailee and Shin Bora’s agency YMC Entertainment released a photo of the two singers through SNS. The photo was taken at their recent filming for a commercial for the Korail KTX.

In the uploaded photos, Ailee and Shin Bora are giving the camera similar friendly smiles. The girls are gaining quite a lot of interest due to their similar facial features making them look almost like sisters.

'The Promise' releases photos of Leeteuk, Ji Hyun Woo and Yoon Hak

 

Upcoming military musical ‘The Promise’ has released photos of Super Junior’s Leeteuk, Supernova’s Yoon Hak and actor Ji Hyun Woo as they all gathered during their poster photo shoot on December 10th.

‘The Promise’ will celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Korean War. It is based on actual historical events and figures, such general Baek Sun Yeop and war correspondent Marguerite Higgins. The musical stars Leeteuk, 8eight’s Lee Hyun, Yoon Hak, actors Ji Hyun Woo, Jung Tae Woo, musical actor Kim Moo Yul, and many other famed individuals currently serving in the army.

The musical is scheduled to open in January 2013 at the National Theater of Korea.

SHINee released their latest Japanese single “The World Where You Exist”!

“The World Where You Exist” is the B-side track of their second Japanese single album, ‘1000 Years, Always By Your Side’, which was released in the country on December 12th. This second track is a beautiful ballad track with piano and percussion accompaniment.
