Tony An wants miss A ,T-ara in his company + sneak peek of his comeback MV, “Top Star”

On March 20th, singer Tony An guested on MBC’s “Section TV – Rising Star” and chose miss Aand T-ara as the two girl groups he’d love to bring to his company.

MC Park Seul Gi asked, “As a senior of the idol industry, and as a CEO of an entertainment company, are there any idols that you’ve been keeping an eye on?” He answered, “Honestly, there are quite a few that I’d like to bring to my company, but a lot of them still have quite some time left in their contracts.”

The MC continued to press for a more direct response by asking, “While serving in the army, were there any girl groups that you paid special attention to?” Tony finally chose miss A and T-ara and replied, “My emotions at the time of my service, however, were very strong!”

When asked by Park Seul Gi about whether he would like to ask them to join his company, he amusingly replied, “I think I’ll think about it for a year and six months and make a decision then.”

Sixteen KPOP Stars to Hold Charity Concert in Japan

Sixteen of the leading KPOP stars will get together this May for a charity concert in Japan. This event, titled “Tokyo Legend 2011- Korean Music Wave Live in Tokyo,” will be co-hosted by MBC and its “Show! Music Core,” Fuji TV, and Avex Entertainment to commemorate the 50^th anniversary of MBC’s founding, one of the three largest TV networks in Korea. The performers at this concert, scheduled to be held on May 14th at the Saitama Super Arena in Tokyo, include: TVXQ, 2PM, SHINee, BEAST, MBLAQ, FT Island, 2AM, Cho Shin Sung, SG WANNABE, f(x), 4Minute, Miss A, Secret, IU, SISTAR, and ZE:A.

All proceeds from this concert will be donated to “Good Friends Save the Children (GFSC),” a non-profit organization specializing in child education, in order to aid impoverished children in Asia receive proper education. Also, all participating artists will make donations and give a special message to help aid the Japanese relief efforts following the recent earthquake and tsunami disaster. In addition, 23 select nurseries in Japan will get invited as special guests to the concert, and children from each nursery will also receive a special gift from the artists.

“We would like to send our condolences to all the people suffering from the disaster in Japan. We are seeking ways to better help and support relief efforts in Japan,” an official from the concert said in a statement. At the concert, there will be a separate area for fans to make individual donations as well. We hope for a quick recovery in Japan!

IU, Jiyeon, and Yoo In Na transform into miss A on ‘Heroes’

Singer IU, T-ara’s Jiyeon, and actress Yoo In Na made a surprise transformation into girl group miss A during the March 20th episode of SBS’s “Heroes“. The ‘Heroes’ members held a special stage for the 20th Air Force Wing soldiers this day – attracting much public attention.

IU, Jiyeon, and Yoo In Na from the ‘popular team’ presented a cute dance to “Hey, Mickey“, which is an OST from the movie “Bring it On“. In continuation, after this song, the three members changed their outfits and performed a powerful performance of miss A’s “Bad girl Good girl” – drawing huge applause from the soldiers.

After the performance, the three members bowed and gave a message of encouragement to the soldiers, and as expected, the soldiers cheered so loud that even the voices on the speakers could not be heard. The members definitely succeeded in lifting the spirits of the soldiers and creating a positive atmosphere at the Air Force base.

Victoria’s reaction to Nichkhun’s kiss scene

So how did Victoria react to her husband, Nichkhun’s, kiss scene in his “It’s Skin” CF?

During this week’s episode of MBC “We Got Married,” Nichkhun searched for the perfect time to confess to Victoria about his kiss scene.

However, Victoria who already had a feeling, stated, “You probably did something with another girl,”making Nichkhun even more nervous. Despite his nervousness, Nichkhun, who felt that it would be better if he confessed about the kiss scene rather than seeing Victoria upset after seeing the CF on TV, finally confessed. After the confession, instead of getting mad at him, Victoria acted like it was not a big deal. But deep inside, Victoria was actually burning with jealousy.

Nichkhun, who did not know Victoria’s true feelings, kept stating excuses, “I only slightly touched her lips. I did it lightly.”

4minute for “Elle Girl”

The ladies of 4minute are ready to usher in the spring season, as they recently shed their sassy looks for something softer for their latest photoshoot with “Elle Girl.”

Through the accompanying interview, the members revealed their thoughts on their goals for theirupcoming album release. Jiyoon stated, “Through our overseas activities, we learned a lot of things, such as time management and stage experience.” Maknae Sohyun added, “With our upcoming album, we hope to show 100% of everything our five members couldn’t show before to our Korean fans.”

Leader Jihyun concluded, “When time passes, we that all five of us will live up to the title of ‘artist’ without embarrassment.”
