Baek Ji Young recalls the time she was chosen as ‘worst dressed’

On January 22nd’s airing of ‘Strong Heart‘, singer Baek Ji Young brought up the stage attire that got her chosen as “worst dressed.”

Baek Ji Young returned to the music scene in 2006 after a two-year hiatus with her hit song “I Won’t Love“. During this time, the writers of an MBC music program put much thought and effort into creating an amazing stage for her comeback.

She explained her attire for that day, saying, “I stood on a platform and the dress cascaded down. The dress was shiny, and I wore an extremely broad-brimmed green hat along with it.”

During the broadcast, Baek Ji Young had to keep bobbing her head because of the extreme weight of the hat she was wearing. It was an outfit that even made Baek Ji Young think, “This isn’t right.”

There are now reports that the recent KakaoStory conversation involving T-ara‘s Soyeon, Sua, andYoon Ee Na was edited. Many fans are alleging that malicious netizens edited the original conversation to make Soyeon look bad due to T-ara’s bullying controversy.

One insider claimed, “I think it became a scandal because [parts of Soyeon's conversation was edited out.] The conversation wasn’t directed at any actress or celebrity. It was about an actual stitch on an acquaintance’s clothing.”

The claim echoes Core Contents Media earlier statements that “Soyeon and Soyeon’s acquaintances were not speaking in regards to a specific celebrity… The topic of  ’Stitch’ came about because the tiger drawing on the shirt of the brand’s logo resembled ‘Stitch’ the character, and since a graduate student unni Soyeon knows wears that brand of clothing every time they meet, that is why they were talking about it.”

It was also revealed that in the original KakaoStory conversation, a photo of the acquaintance in question was shared. A screenshot of the full discussion show that the “Angry Sitch” and “Old Stich”comments were not about a person but rather about the crumpled logo on the acquaintance’s t-shirt.

The insider concluded, “It seems like T-ara’s controvery last year cause hateful netizens to cause problems. I’m really upset that people are spreading rumors like this and blowing things out of proportion.”

TVXQ’s Changmin reveals his first kiss happened after he debuted

TVXQ‘s Changmin discussed the details of his first kiss.

On the January 22nd episode of KBS 2TV‘s ‘Moonlight Prince‘, he revealed, “My first kiss was sort of late. I had it after my debut. The woman I dated was older than me.”

MC Tak Jae Hoon joked, “Is she still alive?” Changmin was flustered by the joke, but laughed as he answered, “She wasn’t that old,” causing everyone else to laugh as well.

Changmin also mentioned that if he could back to his school days, he would try to date more women, but “not as many women as Brave Brothers.”

Super Junior‘s Ryeowook recently shared a silly photo of Super Junior K.R.Y after their concert rehearsal in Budokan, Japan.

Ryeowook posted the photo above on his Twitter with the description, “Rehearsal is finally over~ ^^ See Super Junior K.R.Y. at the concert tonight kya kya.”

Upon seeing the photo, fans commented with, “Super Junior fighting!“, “See you at the concert!“, and ”I’m really excited for the K.R.Y. concert!!”

Soyeon caught in a gossip controversy, "Who is 'Stitch'?"

T-ara's Soyeon is caught in a controversy after comments she left on Kakaostory where she gossips and refers to a senior actress as "Stitch" were revealed.

On the 16th, Soyeon was involved in a conversation with Sua of D-DAY and actress Yoon Euna. They were talking girl-to-girl about the clothing brand Kenzo when the incident began.

Soyeon said, "Nowadays unnie only wears Kenzo. I can't wear it. I won't wear it" Sua replied to her saying, "That unnie? Should I stop wearing it?"

Euna then replied saying, "Stitch? keke" where Sua replied, "Angry Stitch?" and Euna replied, "Old Stitch. You can see her wrinkles already keke"

Core Contents Media heard about the issue becoming bigger and replied, "Soyeon is embarrassed that a personal conversation would become a controversy. 'Stitch' is an unnie that Soyeon knows and has nothing to do with actress A who is becoming discussed."

Soyeon's talking about friends, not celebrities

T-ara Soyeon's "Stitch" controversy is unfair.

T-ara's agency Core Contents Media said to media on the 22nd, "Soyeon and her friends started to talk about tigers on clothing and then Stitch, which lead to them discussing the resemblances. The girls are all clothing brand enthusiasts who graduated together and whenever they were discussing about how often their friend wears a certain brand. The name of the character Stitch being associated with the celebrity has a less than 1% chance to be true."

For the wedding part, they explained, "An acquaintance who Soyeon graduated with will have her wedding soon and that's what Soyeon was talking about with her friends. The celebrity being mentioned was speculation brought up in an online post and should not be written as fact by journalists."

Soyeon's agency finished by saying, "We're sorry all these things happened and she will be more careful in the future."

Super Junior K.R.Y. releases full PV for “Promise You”

The Super Junior ballad unit, Super Junior K.R.Y, made up of members Kyuhyun, Ryeowook and Yesung, finally unveiled the full PV for upcoming Japanese single, “Promise You”.

Mostly known for their lovely voices and touching performances, Super Junior K.R.Y will once again capture the hearts with their upcoming R&B track. The new album will also include the B-side track which is a cover of Hitoto Yo’s “Hanamizuki”.

‘Promise You’ single is due to be released on January 23 in Japan.
