Stars attend opening ceremonies for “SMART Bike for Eco-Campus” and “KU Cinema Tech”

On March 17th, the “SMART Bike for Eco-Campus’ opening ceremony was held at the Konkuk University in Kwangjin-Gu, Seoul. Celebrities such as 4minute’s HyunA, Kim Jung Eun, Wang Ji Hye, TVXQ’s Changmin, B2ST’s Dongwoon, and Bae Doona participated in the event.

The purpose of the opening ceremony was to officially celebrate the beginning of the university’s reinforcements for the usage of public bicycles around the campus.

“We hope to keep reinforcing our public bicycle system for the wider community of Kwangjin-Gu, and if they ever create a public bicycle system of their own, we plan to align our policies with theirs,” stated a representative of the university.

Meanwhile, the opening ceremony for Konkuk’s own cinema complex, ‘KU Cinema Tech’ also took place on the same day at the School of Arts & Culture.

What’s different about this cinema compared to public ones is that, in order to preserve the sentiments contained in each film, KU Cinema Tech will not be displaying any advertisements before the beginning of each movie, and ambient lights will not be turned on until the credits start rolling.

T-ara’s Jiyeon shows off a new hairstyle

On March 17th, T-ara’s Jiyeon showed off a completely different hairstyle through her Twitteraccount.

After uploading the above photo, she wrote, “Curly, curly… Today, too, fighting!”

Jiyeon is seen rocking a curly hairstyle with her chin against a desk. Her lack of makeup and her pouting expression caused many to comment that she looked like a frail high school student.

Netizens mused, “I thought you only had a mature look, but it looks like you are an innocent high school student after all”, “You look different with your hair like that”, “You’re a cutie”, and “Your hair looks a little messy, but I like it because it’s natural.”

The trio reportedly trained for a month in order to pull off “Bad Girl Good Girl,” which received an explosive response from the audience.

The ‘30 year old line,’ comprised of Lee Jin, Shin Bong Sun, and Jung Ga Eun, performedBeyonce’s “Single Ladies“. During their training, the trio unfortunately received harsh criticism fromSeo In Young for not being able to keep up with the difficult choreography. Through much effort, their performance eventually earned the applause of the soldiers.

Noh Sa Yeon and After School’s Kahi teamed up for Son Dambi’s “Queen,” which they reportedly had down to a T, including everything from gestures to facial expressions.

Check it all out at 6:40 PM KST on March 20th.
