T-ara’s Qri and Supernova’s Geonil cast in KBS drama, ‘King Geunchogo’

On April 6th, Core Contents Media announced that T-ara’s Qri was cast in the historical KBS drama, ‘King Geunchogo‘.

She’ll be playing the part of ‘Princess Yeojin‘, a tomboy with a stubborn personality who faces problems due to the age difference in marriage, but stays a faithful wife. This will mark Qri’s second historical drama after she appeared in the hugely-popular drama, “Queen Seonduk“, back in 2009.

The idol will be working alongside fellow groupmate Eunjung, who’ll be playing ‘Jin Ayi‘, the future wife and queen of ‘King Geungusu‘. As for the majestic king, it was revealed that Geonil ofSupernova was picked up to play the titular role.

Qri expressed, “I hope to learn from the senior actors and from my fellow member Eunjung. I will work very hard during shooting.”

KARA releases dance version and making-of MV for “Jet Coaster Love”

Girl group KARA has just unveiled another version of their MV for their latest track, “Jet Coaster Love”!

From start to finish, this version of their colorful music video focuses mainly on their dance choreography. This new MV release will coincide with the offline release of their single, which was delayed due to the unfortunate tragedy that struck Japan last month.

4Minute's 'Mirror, Mirror' sweeps Asia!

With the release of their first full-length album and their new single, "Mirror, Mirror," 4minute has become the talk of the continent, causing a stir across Asia.

T-ara's Qri also joining the cast of "King Geunchogo" !

Qri from the girl group T-ara was also cast in the KBS 1TV drama, "Geunchogo, The King of Baekje".

Qri will be playing a character who is a stubborn princess. After another character, who has a tomboy personality, commits a fraud, she tries to stay faithful to her husband.

According to Core Contents Media on the 6th, Qri is joining the cast and exciting to be taking on the role.

This will be Qri's second acting experience. She previously had role in the 2009 drama, "Queen Seondeok", which was of the same genre. Eunjung was already announced to also be cast in the drama.

Qri's agency revealed she said, "I'm excited to be expanding my experience by joining 'Geunchogo, The King of Baekje' cast with such popular actors. Joining my member Eunjung is exciting and I'll be able to learn a lot from the others and study hard during shooting."

"Cheunchogo, The King of Baekje" is the adaption of a legendary story of King Geunchogo of Baekje's eventful life story.

The drama features many top actors and broadcasts on the weekend at 21:40 via KBS 1TV.

T-ara's Soyeon caught in a scandalous act !

T-ara's Soyeon has become a hot topic after being caught putting on make-up during a broadcast.

Soyeon appeared on MBC's "Bouquet" with her fellow T-ara members on the 3rd. As Jiyeon was talking about her runaway story, Soyeon was preoccupied with something else. With her O/X plate, Soyeon was covering her face and grooming herself.
