Official Synopsis: Betrayed by his girlfriend Han Jae Hee (Park Si Yeon), Kang Ma Roo (Song Joong Ki) uses Seo Eun Gi (Moon Chae Won), an heiress who has lost her memory, to exact his revenge.

Ratings: KBS‘ ‘Nice Guy‘ premiered in second place with a rating of 10.5%. MBC‘s ‘Arang and the Magistrate‘ (starring Lee Jun Ki and Shin Min Ah) topped ‘Bridal Mask' as it occupied 처음부터position with a 높은 14.1% rating. However, Eun Gi 갑자기 falls ill and is in a crisis condition as the crew searches for a doctor on-board. Although Ma Roo refuses to 가서 at 먼저 Jae Gil pressures him using Ma Roo의 여동생 인 Cho Co, as bait. Wow. The pilot episode packed a hundred punches in just 마지막 five minutes. Although that 될 수 said for 전체 episode. The episode was a knockout and 거의 gave me a 코피 (and no, it isn't 때문에 of 송Joong Ki and his 5-초 half-naked scene). I love 하는 방법 the storyline 가 바로 dived 로 the melodrama and only 했다 a little snapshot of Ma Roo의 삶 before he 자수 The bone of the melodrama is 는 이미revealed, 하고 it unnecessary to 시간을 할애 on Ma Roo의 과거 dating life with Jae Hee in the pilot. It was quite 좋은 twist 있지만 to see Ma Roo's potential as a successful doctor and his willingness 을 포기할 his dream when Jae Hee was 두려워 do so with her dream as a 뉴스 anchor.

And what's 더 재미있는 is 우리가 can't 정확히 put our 손가락을 on what 를 돌려 Ma Roo into an 'evil' man. It could be 사실 that Ma Roo had to spend 5 년 jail and give up his medical career because of Jae Hee, but the argument contrary to that is that he was the one who 취하기로 합의 the blame and had offered to 이렇게 . Another reasoning for his revenge is 때문에 of Jae Hee's marriage, which I'm guessing 것 be the catalyst to his revenge. But the true highlight of this episode was the flawless acting by 메인 cast. Song Joong Ki hit the nail on the head with his 약간 dark image and his furious, shocked expressions when he met Jae Hee on the plane. Park 시 Yeon did wonderfully with the motel scene, as 그녀의 눈물 weren't 이 너무melodramatic. I loved her vulnerability. Moon Chae 원's character and her acting were heaven to me, and it was 매우 nice 를 볼 수 the actress 의 변화 so dramatically from her role in ' The Princess’ Man ‘. It was refreshing 을 보려면 a female protagonist who wasn't the 친절한 girl next door, but 오히려someone with a backbone and a 나쁜 mouth. It'll be 매우 interesting 볼 her relationship with Ma Roo, and I hope she doesn't 로 변신 some 감성적 인 여자 when she 'dates' Ma Roo because 우리 모두가know she 필요 be strong 할 때 she faces the ugly 진실을.
