Hallyu stars 2PM and miss A have stepped forward as official ambassadors to promote more awareness of the hidden beauties and culture of Korea.
In order to help their international fans experience Korea to the fullest, 2PM and miss A have helped launch Korea Tourism Organization‘s ‘Touch Korea Tour Campaign‘, a global campaign tour to take place this June.
Winners from the campaign contest will be able to visit Korea for 6 nights and 7 days for a chance to experience the food, entertainment, shopping, and more!
One of those 7 days will be spent touring with the members of 2PM and miss A themselves, where together they will create teams to complete specific missions to better promote the beauty and charm of Korea.
In order to select the winners, the Korea Tourism Organization held a ‘Touch Korea Tour Contest‘ from April 12th to May 2nd, asking fans everywhere to display their love for Korea through a video. In it, contestants had to submit videos using various ideas such as emulating their favorite K-Pop dance or providing an explanation as to why they would like to visit Korea.
Approximately 2,000 entries were submitted from more than 100 different countries, and the 21 finalists have been revealed through the ‘Touch Korea Tour’ official website.
The 7 final winners will be determined based on judgment by the Korea Tourism Organization, as well as by online user votes. Netizens can begin casting their votes on the Touch Korea Tour Site starting May 8th 12:00AM KST until May 11th 11:59PM KST. Votes can be cast for multiple videos, however, fans will be only be able to cast one vote per video, per day.
One team who does the best job of completing the mission, will be chosen from the three teams after the end of the tour through online voting, and each member of the team will receive a Korea Pass worth 5 million KRW, which is accepted over 7,300 affiliates including museums, select tourist spots, as well as duty free shops, and can also be used for public transportation.

I hope this will serve as a good opportunity for all fans of K-Pop to be able to communicate using our Youtube and Facebook pages, and a chance for them to personally visit Korea.
