‘Dream High’ to be published as a comic book

After delighting fans with the announcement of ‘Dream High’ season 2, it seemed that things couldn’t get any better for fans of the hit drama…

…but guess again!

It has recently been announced that ‘Dream High’ will be published as a two volume picture comic book!

On March 30th, the first volume of the ‘Dream High’ comic book will be released, and this volume tells the story of country boy Song Sam Dong (played by Kim Soo Hyun) and Go Hye Mi’s (played bymissA’s Suzy) first meeting to their Kirin Arts School audition to Jason (played by 2PM’sWooyoung) replacing Jin Guk (played by 2PM’s Taecyeon) in the fake showcase.

The ‘Dream High’ picture comic book is compiled of 5,000 high-definition capture shots from the drama, and like any other comic book, it contains commentary in the traditional speech balloons, bringing a familiar comic book feel to this photobook.

The second volume is set to come out during the first week of the next month.

4minute’s HyunA reveals a fresh tattoo dedicated to her mother

In 4minute’s latest music video, “Heart to Heart“, fans got a quick glimpse at a tattoo on HyunA’s back, causing much interest to stir. Then earlier today, the starlet confirmed her new tattoo through aTATIST snapshot.

TATIST is a popular destination among many celebrities looking to get inked. Among their pool of famous clients, they have catered to the likes of JYJ’s Jaejoong and Yoochun, actor Lee Yong Woo, and many more.

HyunA’s tattoo is placed on her left shoulder blade, and it runs to the bottom nape of her neck. It reads,“My mother is the heart, that keeps me alive”, and is surrounded by four stars. Although she hasn’t discussed her tattoo publicly, we assume that it represents her close relationship with her mother.

4minute’s charming album jacket photos revealed

On March 30th, 4minute unveiled their album jacket photos from their new EP “Heart to Heart” through the Naver Music website.

Judging by the two sets of photos, the girls seem to represent a ‘day-and-night’ concept. In the first set, 4minute used metallic dresses and shining mirror items to perfect a chic, trendy look. In the second set, the girls were snapped preparing for a night out in their luxurious black outfits.

Fans have been drawn to the impressive individual shots of HyunA, Jiyoon, Sohyun, Gayoon andNam Ji Hyun. Many felt that to date, it’s the most expressive set of pictures the girls have taken so far.

T-ara’s Eunjung hints at what kind of husband she needs

Recently, allkpop reported that T-ara’s Eunjung was confirmed as the new ‘wife’ on MBC’s “We Got Married“.

Since the identity of her ‘husband’ has yet to be revealed, Eunjung posted a cheeky tweet about her preferences for her spouse. She wrote, “I need a person who can give me strength. If I give him strength, then I need a person who can give me more strength.*”

With her first broadcast scheduled for the 30th, it is only a matter of hours until she will find out if her ‘other half’ fulfills her needs! Stay tuned on updates about this new couple!

Eunjung’s husband for “We Got Married” revealed!

Ever since we announced that T-ara’s Ham Eunjung was picked up to be the new ‘wife’ for MBC’s “We Got Married“, the site has been buzzing over who her lucky husband would be. Unfortunately for all you “Dream High” fans, it’s not her former co-star, Kim Soo Hyun.

In fact, Eunjung’s husband will be none other than actor Lee Jang Woo (25)!

Lee Jang Woo debuted as an actor back in 2006, and is currently starring in the KBS2TV daily drama, “Smile Donghae“. He was also a member of a 2009 SM project group called 24/7, whose members included Hyun Woo (a current ‘Music Bank‘ MC) and actor Noh Min Woo.

Interestingly enough, Lee Jang Woo is a cousin to singer/actor Hwanhee, who had participated in previous seasons for ”We Got Married”.

The new couple began filming on the afternoon of March 30th, and their first episode will be aired sometime in April.

-How did you end up doing a voice act for 'Gnomeo'?

While recording for (KBS2), Jiyeon mentioned it by saying "Oppa, did you know that?
We are working together again!". I found out that I was casted for Gnomeo through Jiyeon.

-At that time, what thought did you had in your mind?

I am meeting with her again.

-What kind of relationship are you guys in?

Haha! We are friends. I am a hoobae, but I am a lot older than Jiyeon. We became friends through .

-How was it like doing the voice act?

I didn't know that it will be that difficult. Expressing English in Korean was most
difficult. There are a lot of different versions for “Wow!”. It was difficult
expressing slight differences.

-What aspect did you most paid attention to while recording?

It was a voice tone. Since it is an animation, it was most important to live up to the voice of the character.
I gave changes to low and high tones by using a 'high tone' for exclamations and a
'happy tone' for conversations.

-When did you had a desire to act?

Even before the debut as a singer, I was an aspiring actor. I am very serious about acting.
I am working hard since I do not want to hear the word of "Since you are an idol singer,
you gain opportunities to act easily".

-‘When I think of 'Lee Joon’, I think of ‘strong abs’.

I was originally skinny, but my body grew large suddenly after filming (2009). (laughs)
My body was not a body with abs at all. It maintained continuously threw a lot of exercises that I did during that time.

-It looks like you are skinny now.

That's correct. Currently, I am not exercising on purpose. Since I am also a human, I don't always have abs.
I got a lot skinnier, so I don't take off my clothes on stage nowdays purposefully.
(laughs)

-Ei, I don't believe it.

I am saying the truth! There's no time to exercise when you sing, act, and do dance practice!
