Soyu and JungGiGo dish on their eating habits and dieting method

Soyu and JungGiGo, who recently released their duo song "Some", appeared on the February 18 edition of KBS' radio program 'Jo Jung Chi and Ha Rim's 2 O'Clock' and talked about their eating styles. JungGiGo also mentioned how he diets.

DJ Jo Jung Chi said to Soyu, "I feel like there's nothing you can't eat," to which she replied, "There are foods that I haven't tried yet and there are foods I don't eat. I can't eat certain soups. I do enjoy Korean food. And it is true I do eat mostly everything, but I don't like foods that have a strong smell."

JungGiGo said, "I really have a mixed diet. I eat whatever I'm given. I even eat expired things." The DJs joked, "Then do you eat things that fell on the floor too?" Unexpectedly, JungGiGo responded, "I do," making everyone laugh. Soyu said, "I eat while savoring the taste, but JungGiGo just finds everything tasty."

In addition, JungGiGo divulged his secret to losing 15 kg (~ 33 lbs). He first revealed his reasons for dieting, "I did it to live like a person. I always liked eating and am the type to gain weight. When I'm not promoting, I eat and play severely, but I'm the type to quickly lose weight when it becomes time to promote again... You can't tell [I gained weight] based on my outer appearance. I don't gain much weight in my face."

He then revealed his personal method, "This is a method that everyone already knows, but I don't eat a lot and I exercise. It was the regular method. I don't hang out with people. If I meet people, I end up eating. When I wake up in the morning, I go on the running machine on an empty stomach and then eat little like two bananas and tofu for about a month and a half to two months. I was almost at critical condition. As I starved myself and only got rid of body fat, I lost even more muscle."

KARA's Seungyeon gets deep into her script for 'Her Lovely Heels'

KARA's Seungyeon showed that she means business when it comes to acting for her upcoming SBS Plus drama 'Her Lovely Heels'!

Seungyeon was spotted immersing herself into her script with one hand holding the script while the other hand is holding a pen to take notes. Her long, straight hairstyle with bangs also matched the character's hairstyle shown on the script cover, channeling her character both inside-and-out. But she also knows how to work and play hard as she posed for a goofy selca with her co-star Park Ha Yi (seen below).

Seungyeon plays the role of Shin Ji Hoo, who is inexperienced in dating and afraid of love. She enters as a new employee at a company where she begins to fall in love with her supervisor boss Hong Jong Hyun's character. Unlike the naive Ji Hoo, he has a lot of dating experience and is cynical when it comes to matters of the heart but it all changes after meeting Shin Ji Hoo.

'Her Lovely Heels' will premiere on SBS Plus as well as its online and mobile services on February 24 at 3:30 PM KST!

Henry also reveals he cried because of 'Real Men'

Henry appeared on Super Junior's KBS radio program 'Kiss The Radio' on February 17 and talked about his appearance on the MBC variety program, 'Real Men.'  It had already been revealed multiple times that Henry had absolutely no idea what the show was about and how real it would be, but now he revealed that he had been clueless to the point that he cried.

Henry said on the radio show, "After the 'Real Men' broadcast, everyone I knew contacted me. They all told me it was funny, but I had no idea what was funny about it."

It was his first time experiencing something like this.  Henry said, "There is something I want to say to everybody.  It is 100% real.  I thought it would be a program that we filmed for a few hours and then finished, but as soon as the filming started, the production team just went away."

DJ Ryeowook said, "There was a rumor you cried," to which Henry replied, "That's true.  I cried.  This is because I thought 'Real Men' was an ordinary variety program," meaning he thought it would be filmed on a set.

Jonghyun reveals he was jealous of Taeyeon's singing skills

On the February 18 episode of Mnet's 'The Music Interview', Jonghyun revealed that he was jealous of Taeyeon's singing abilities especially during their trainee days.

He said, "Through Taeyeon's expressiveness, you feel that she experienced an incredible amount, felt love and went through separations.  However, that feeling existed even during Taeyeon's school and training days.  She expresses emotions very well, so I think I was jealous of her from a young age."

Taeyeon said in relation to his training days, "He was so good looking that I was very jealous."

Jonghyun continued, "We would be given grades and I would always be in second place while Taeyeon would be in first.  Rather than thinking I wanted to beat Taeyeon, I would think, 'I would like to be number one, too, sometime,' and would assess every weekend, but when I heard Taeyeon singing, I would just observe her a lot."

Henry says 6 days of 'Real Men' felt like 60

Henry revealed that filming 'Real Men' was no joke.

On the February 17th broadcast of KBS Cool FM's 'Super Junior's Kiss the Radio', DJ Ryeowook asked him to state his official rank and name. Henry, who recently appeared on the military reality program, revealed, "They ordered me to do it here and there, and it was really tiring. It was really tiring. Number 267 recruit Henry!"

Henry continued, "I think I stated my official name and ranking 100, 1000 times. It was so hard. I stayed for 6 days, but it felt like 60 days. To me, it was so difficult... To be honest, I didn't know what that program was about. I thought I could rest after a few hours of filming. I thought it was just a regular variety program."
