f(x) releases album covers for 'Electric Shock'

Girl group f(x) will be making their comeback with new mini album ‘Electric Shock’. The album will become available online through iTunes and other music distribution websites on June 10 and in stores on June 13.

After releasing individual teaser photos of members Krystal, Sulli and Victoria, f(x) unveiled the album jacket for ‘Electric Shock’.

The album jacket photos for the new f(x) mini-album, ‘Electric Shock‘, have been revealed.

‘Electric Shock’ will include six tracks in total, and will be the group’s first album release since 2011′s ‘Hot Summer‘. The mini-album will be available for download on music portals and iTunes worldwide on June 10 and in stores on June 13 KST.

KARA今年下半年回归，“首先公开SOLO歌曲”

女团 KARA 将投入到国内活动。这是继去年 3 月发售专辑《 STEP 》后，时隔约一年的回归。  


KARA 将在结束日本巡演活动后回归韩国舞台，这让大家非常期待。 KARA 之前曾在首尔演唱会上公开了个人 solo 歌曲，因此她们公开音源及其他活动得到了大家的关注。 DSP 相关人员表示，“ KARA 正在以今年下半年回归为目标进行准备。具体概念以及日程还未确定。”  


另外，该相关人员还透露，“ solo 歌曲也将在下半年公开，但没有进行 solo 舞台与活动的计划，只是会在 KARA 发表专辑之前公开 solo 歌曲。” KARA 将于 10 日在首尔蚕室室内体育馆举办第二场官方歌迷见面会。

VICTORIA 与 雪莉 回归预告照片公开！

续早前在昨天6月6号女子组合 F(x) 率先公开了忙内 秀晶 的预告图片以后，在今天6月7号也陆续公开了队长 Victoria 与 雪莉 的回归预告照片。

这次组合 F(x) 将会带着新迷你专辑“Electric Shock”回归舞台。完整的银牌预计将会在6月10号公开。

T-ara and Boyfriend rank on Oricon Chart

In addition to 2PM’s “Beautiful”, which ranked #2 on the Oricon Daily Singles Chart, idol groups T-ara and Boyfriend hit the Oricon Daily Album Chart, proving the rising Hallyu Wave in Japan.

According to Oricon, T-ara’s first official Japanese album, “Jewelry Box” sold 23,000 copies on the first day of its release on June 7, and was positioned at number two on Oricon’s Album Chart. 

Boyfriend, who is currently gearing up for Korean comeback, released their special Japanese album “We Are Boyfriend” on June 6th also debuted on the same chart at 6th place. The album is an early treat for the Japanese fans before the group made their official debut in Japan later this year.

Hyomin asks fans to take a moment of silence on Korea’s Memorial Day

T-ara‘s Hyomin drew attention for taking the time to recognize and reflect upon the brave ones who have fallen for Korea’s Memorial Day.

The singer wrote via her Twitter page on June 6th, “Today, June 6th, is Memorial Day. It’s not just another holiday, but it’s a day to honor true sacrifice and devotion.”

“Let us take a moment to encourage and pay silent tribute to those who sacrificed themselves for this country,” she continued.

Hyomin even changed her Twitter profile photo to a picture of the rose of Sharon (Hibiscus syriacus) or ‘Mugunghwa‘, Korea’s national flower.

Fans who were touched and impressed by Hyomin’s patriotism remarked, “Hyomin continues to prove that she is a person worthy of love“, “She helped remind me of what today means“, “I think all her fans probably took a moment of silence after reading this“, and more.

In related news, Hyomin and the rest of the T-ara members are preparing for their July comeback and will also be launching a large-scale 9-city tour concert in Japan starting on the 19th.

2PM’s “Beautiful” debuts at #2 on Oricon Chart + photo with Ayumi Hamasaki

The boys of 2PM released their 4th Japanese single “Beautiful” on June 6th.

After first day sales, 2PM placed second on the Oricon Daily Singles Chart by selling 73,529 copies. First place went to Arashi who released their latest single “Your Eyes“.

Congratulations to 2PM, this is a very strong showing and their popularity in Japan is growing.

Additionally, the boys took a photo with famous J-pop star Ayumi Hamasaki.
