KARA‘s Goo Hara has revealed yet another stunning selca.

On September 21st, Goo Hara tweeted, ”For the first time in a long time yo! KARA’s YouTube live channel starts at 5pm!”

The picture shone a flattering light onto Goo Hara’s flawless face. Her round eyes garnered the most praise, as fans gushed that they made her look like she’s stepped out of a fairytale.

KARA returned to the K-Pop scene recently with their 3rd full-length album, “STEP“, and are currently in the midst of busy promotions.

KARA sees success on their YouTube channel

KARA‘s YouTube channel has kicked off their “Step” comeback to a booming start. Within a week of their music videos release, they’ve recorded 5.7 million views and counting.

Since September 16th, they’ve also recorded 4.8 million users online, just two days into their live broadcast show. The views come from not only Korea, but all over the world in locations like Japan, North America, and South East Asia. Foreign fans, female and male alike, have also been uploading dance covers and parodies of the music video online, adding to the global effect for the girls.

A few of the exceptional covers that show talent in not only the dancing, but also editing and computer graphics, will be chosen to be featured in episode three of ‘KARA Channel‘, which broadcasts at 5 PM KST on September 21st.

Other features in the episode include a reveal of the girls’ pets and Nicole‘s pilates exercising tips.

KARA’s Nicole reveals her crush on ‘Strong Heart’!

It turns out that KARA‘s Nicole has been flying solo all her life.

On this week’s ‘singer special’ episode of SBS‘s ‘Strong Heart’, after Jiyoung revealed her experience with love during middle school, Nicole confessed that she never had a boyfriend.

With a shy smile, she stated, “I’ve never dated a guy before”. She then surprised everyone on set by confessing, “However, there is someone I really like right now”.

She continued, “I really like him but I haven’t seen him in about 1 or 2 years. We’re both so busy and promoting that we haven’t had a chance to come across one another” - giving away that the mysterious subject of her love was also a celebrity.

Following further interrogation by the curious MCs and guests, she bashfully stated, “Truthfully, I really like Yoo Seung Ho“.

Boom stated to Nicole that he had Yoo Seung Ho on the phone line, which made her very nervous. When Nicole thought he was on the line, she shyly said, “Hello“, but unfortunately it was all a trick as Boom was the one who responded on set.

KARA’s Seungyeon donates her talent to the blind for audiobook, “Victor, The Fool”

Recently, KARA‘s Seungyeon reached her warm heart out to the visually impaired and personally participated in producing the Korean version audiobook of “Victor, The Fool (Spread Your Wings)”written by motivational speaker Joachim de Posada.

For the audiobook, Seungyeon was given the voice role of the main female character named Laura, who slowly falls in love with the main character, Victor, as they go on a search to find their inner-strength and break away from self-consciousness.

On October 20th, KARA’s agency stated, “Seungyeon has always shown interest in donating her talent and willingly agreed to the offer.”

“Victor, The Fool” is based on the true story of late honorary president of Mensa International, Victor Serebriakoff, who overcame his life barriers after 17 years of acting like a fool to become a now internationally prominent figure. In a similar situation, Victor’s school friend Laura also suffered self-conscious issues due to her “ugly” face and constantly fought her thoughts of getting plastic surgery. Through these two characters, the book illustrates what it means to build self-confidence and courage and conveys that everyone has the potential to change pain and suffering into hope and prospects.

Kara's Nicole has never had a boyfriend

Group Kara’s Nicole has never been in a relationship.

Members of Kara have made guest appearances on SBS ‘Strong Heart’ on the 20th, for the ‘All Singer’ special episode. Kara’s maknae Kang Jiyoung spoke about her junior high experience and she confessed that she never even had a date with a guy.

Nicole with a shy smile on her face stated, “I’ve never been on a date. But there is someone I like right now” and her honest answer surprised all the guests on hand.

Nicole continued, “I really like him, but I haven’t seen him for about 2 years. We are both so busy with our careers that we never had chance to even bump into one another” and she hinted that he worked in the entertainment industry.

The hosts continued to press her to reveal the mystery man’s identity and Nicole eventually spilled, “In truth, I really like Yoo Seung Ho” and she showed a shy smile.
