[News] KARA’s Japan reaction to Upcoming New Album is alarming high

It’s only a month left for the album to be released but people have been taking a lot of interests in it. Jumping has been used as main theme song for FujiTV’s popular information and news Program. Moreover, Japan music program has already looked for Kara’s Jumping Jacket cover photos and showed great interests.

On 15 October, according to report from Japan’s news source, survey has been conducted for average 17-year-old female of 20,000 people, KARA was chosen as Korean #1 artist. At the same day KARA appeared on Japan’s most prestigious music program AsahiTV’s Music Station and received a lot of interests.

It is not even two months yet since debut, which can be taken as newcomer, but already went on a lot of interviews, even fans from Japan has been spreading about ‘Kara’s Special’. Music Station is a music program in Japan which usually only top stars can appear but KARA’s debut single ‘Mister’ able to appear in this program. This just demonstrates how much interests and popular KARA is in Japan.

Moreover, after broadcasted on Music Station, Mister’s mobile music chart sky-rocketed, On 16 October, Kara’s Mister re-enter Mobile music chart at #3 which was amazing. In addition, on Japan’s portal site Yahoo search volume about KARA also increased exponentially.

Music Station is such an influential program, but compared to other artists that appeared on the program, KARA is obviously taking it by storm, as local music reps explained.

An official said,”It is very unusual to receive such a hot attention from a month before album release”. “There‘s also been a lot of TV appearance requests. Kara is planning to promote ‘Jumping’ at the end of October onwards, including TV appearances and all related promotional activities.

KARA’s 100% korean language Best Album which was released end of September ranked #2 on Oricon Weekly chart which makes KARA as the best rookie artist debut. Meanwhile, Kara’s new single and album which will be released in November.

[News] T-ara's Soyeon and Supreme Team's E-sens, "Only close friends"

T-ara's Soyeon and Supreme Team's E-sens are reported to not be in a relationship.

On the 16th, T-ara's company said, "T-ara's Soyeon and Supreeme Team's E-sens relationship coverage is simply not true. We asked her, and she claims that they are very close friends, but not lovers."

[News] Nicole in the cover of Kara's Japanese single 'Jumping', "How's my revealed forehead?"

Kara revealed the covers of their 2nd Japanese single 'Jumping'.

Kara, who's swept through the Oricon chart and is leading the the Hallyu girl group craze in Japan, revealed the covers of their 2nd single 'Jumping' on 13.

Done in 3 different versions in differing outfits and themes, they all give off their chic and strongly feminine charm; they all feel more feminine and sexier compared to the covers of their debut single in Aug.

Also, their stark changes in their styling are fluttering the fans: Gyuri in blonde, Hara with partly bouffant hair, and Nicole without the bang.

In particular, it's the first time Nicole has appeared in the cover with her forehead revealed, who's been always saying that her forehead is her inferiority.

Netizens are tremendously affirmative of the new looks; they are saying things like "the theme this time is the best ever", "Kara will surely conquer the Oricon chart again", "it's too pretty a forehead for an inferiority", and "please show your forehead more often".

Kara's continued persistence of their 'belly fashion' in the new single 'Jumping' to be released on Nov 10 in Japan is drawing attentions.

Kara recently revealed the covers of their 2nd single 'Jumping'. They are in 3 versions with 3 different fashion: in leather clothes, with long boots on, and in suits. But one thing is common in all of them: that all 5 members revealed their navels; they are wearing the crop tops in Jumping's MV too. Kara debuted with 'Break It' in 2007 and has released 7 albums up to 'Lupin' in Feb so far, but it's only in the summer of the last year while promoting 'Mister' when they wore clothes with their navels revealed.

Compared to this, they started their promotion of their debut single 'Mister' in Japan on Aug 11 in tanktops and loose sweat pants with their navels revealed, and has been persisting in this outfits.

Their agency DSP media said that the belly fashion "was just chosen to help Kara look cute as that's what appeals to the Japanese fans; it wasn't meant to mean something that they wear it again."

Although it isn't specifically intended, Kara's belly fashion is affecting even Japan's local girl groups too. 9nine, a Japanese female group, appeared in the cover of 'crossover', their new album due in Dec, in crop tops, loose pants, and snickers that look similar to Kara's outfit at the time of 'Mister'; people are speculating that they might have copied Kara. They debuted in 2005 and have been wearing school uniforms or clothes that look cute so far.

Idol group KARA’s consistent use of their ‘belly fashion’ in the new single Jumping has been claiming attention.

Their recently shown covers of their single, due for Japanese release on Nov 10, showed the girls in various states of revealed abdomens. One version shows the girls in leather clothes, one of them with long boots on, and another of the members in suits. The common denominator is the 5 members’ revealed navels. KARA has only been styling this belly fashion in summer 2009’s Misterpromotions, but they have stuck to it since.

Teen Top member Chunji says he has a ‘small face complex’, making his appearance compatible toT-ara’s Jiyeon.

Among the boys of the rookie idol group, Chunji with charming smiling image, sharp features and small face looks the best when he’s dressed up as a girl. Recently he showed off a picture of himself dressed all girly, getting comments that he looked like T-ara member Jiyeon.
