Junho declines vacation days to volunteer in Ethiopia
The first episode of EBS‘s new program ‘Global Project - Sharing’, featuring 2PM’s Junho, was recently aired. The episode featured Junho’s volunteer trip to Ethiopia that took place in January. What surprised numerous viewers was that Junho had declined his vacation days to take part in the volunteer activity. These vacation days were the first official vacation days for Junho since his debut 4 years ago, which made his kind act all the more touching.
In Ethiopia, Junho was able to meet a child who he had been secretly sponsoring for the past year, and he gifted the child with a surprise present. He also met with people suffering from elephantiasis, a disease that causes their feet to develop thick skin like that of an elephant. He shared a special time with them by singing and dancing together, which touched the heart of the viewers.
Netizens commented, “I felt a lot of different emotions as I watched Junho. I hope our society becomes a society that exchanges more love” , “I hope viewers use this opportunity to become more involved with volunteering and feel the happiness that it can bring” , “My heart was touched as I was watching the show” and, “I reflected on myself and resolved to share happiness“.

WGM’s Lee Jang Woo and Eunjung express jealousy over each other’s on-screen partners
The rambunctious couple Lee Jang Woo and T-ara‘s Eunjung recently took a romantic winter getaway trip to Gangwon-do, where the duo enjoyed a pleasant afternoon at a sheep ranch.
The couple’s aegyo-filled antics came to a halt when Jang Woo jokingly named one sheep “Baek Sunghyun”, showing much jealousy towards Eunjung’s on-screen romantic interest. Eunjung, on the other hand, named one sheep Uee, who is currently working alongside Jang Woo as the two main MCs for KBS’ ‘Music Bank’.
Eunjung also shot back at Jang Woo by mentioning the photo of him and Uee where the two can be seen making heart gestures with their hands. “You say I’m your wife,” exclaimed Eunjung, “And then you go off and take pictures like this!”

Jiyoung, Gyuri and Hara are goddesses for Nature Republic
Kara's Park Gyuri, Goo Hara and Kang Ji Young and spring godesses for the new CF for the cosmetic brand "Nature Republic" which was revealed on March 1 in Okinawa, Japan. According to Nature Republic, they had a special theme for the CF, they envisioned water as their theme for the upcoming spring.
For the CF, the girls transformed into goddesses to represent the beauty of spring giving off a fresh image. they wore light colored elegant dresses, appearing barefoot by the side of a river. The girls gave warm smiles despite the cold weather. For the CF, they showed the beauty of Nature.

‘We Got Married’ to air first broadcast after month-long strike
MBC will be airing ‘We Got Married‘ this week, for the first time in a month.
The upcoming March 3rd episode will focus on the Lee Jang Woo-Eunjung and Leeteuk-Kang Soracouples.
The footage for this week’s episode was previously recorded before MBC’s labor union went on strike.
During a recent phone interview with SportsKorea, a representative from ‘We Got Married’ remarked, “The longer the strike went on, the more complaints we received from the viewers. We utilized outside sources and completed the general editing work for the show.”
During the strike, the staff members including PD Kim Jun Hyun temporarily left their positions and for the past 4 weeks, MBC has been airing re-runs of past episodes along with a special Chinese ‘We Got Married’ episode.
The representative continued, “This [episode] is only possible because we had some footage we actually recorded prior to the strike. As of right now, we don’t have anyone that’s stepping up to film, and so ‘We Got Married’ will inevitably be unable to air new episodes.”
In addition to ‘We Got Married’, other programs such as ‘Infinity Challenge‘, ‘Our Sunday Night‘, and more have been unable to air new episodes for the past month. ‘Our Sunday Night’ has plans to perhaps recruit outside sources to create a new corner on the program, since corners such as ‘Lululala‘ and ‘I Am A Singer‘ are currently put on hold.
The representative added, “The management and the labor union are neck and neck. The management is aware that this strike may go for a long while, and are preparing themselves by looking for different alternatives.”
Hyomin turns into a Spring goddess for recent photo shoot
On March 2nd, the singer shared the photos above via her official Twitter page and wrote, “It’s a scent-filled photo shoot. Can you smell the Spring?”
Hyomin wore a perfect Spring outfit, matching a pink knit top with a free-flowing flower-print skirt, and the singer displayed her natural beauty with her various poses.
Fans who could not get enough of Hyomin remarked, “Hyomin gets prettier by the day“, “I really can smell the Spring“, and “How can her photos come out so great?”
In related news, Hyomin along with the rest of her T-ara members have officially released their Japanese album ‘Roly Poly‘ on the 29th and will kick their promotions into high gear.

On the 2nd day of March, new pictures have been shared by T-ara's ulzzang Qri on her personal Twitter account.
In the first picture, Qri is looking at the camera while holding a big ear and put it on his ear as if it is her ear and pout her lips. She looks really pretty. And in the second picture, the fake ear is still there while Qri is staring at something.
When netizens saw the pictures they responded: "It's funny" "She's so pretty" "Qri is still beautiful even though she has a big ear" and more.
The '2012 World Music Festival in Okinawa' will be held on March 4th!
On the 4th of February at the Serura Stadium, the World Music Festival in Okinawa will be held. Part 1 will consist of the Oh Jun Sung drama concert and part 2 will be Kpop special Live 2012 concert. Part 1 will consist of OST songs from some of Oh Jun Sung's popular dramas; such as Boys Before Flowers, Prosecutor Princess, City Hunter, etc. Part 2 will have performances from KARA, 2PM, Infinite, Secret, ZE:A, Rainbow, etc.

The show was stopped in the middle because many fans attended the show and caused heavy traffic. It supposed to be a 1 hour show but the girls end up performing only one song which is Roly Poly and had to stop.
