2PM’s MV trailer featured on billboards in New York’s Times Square & London’s Piccadilly

At exactly 2PM on March 25 KST, 2PM unveiled their amazingly epic MV teaser to the world.

As previously reported, the trailers are now being shown on prominent billboards in New York’s Times Square and London’s Piccadilly. Despite the chilly weather, Hottests in both cities waited patiently for the trailers and recorded the footage.

Ryeowook shares photos with f(x), B1A4, Ailee, and EXO backstage at ‘Super Show 5′

Super Junior kicked off the first concerts to their ‘Super Show 5‘ world tour over the weekend in Seoul, and fans weren’t the only ones in the crowd!

They were joined by many celebrities, including f(x), EXO, B1A4, and Ailee.

Ryeowook snapped as many photos with his fellow celebrities as he could, and posted them onto hisTwitter. The above photo with B1A4′s Baro, Gongchan, and Sandeul came with a caption that read, “Snapped one with B1A4~~^^ Thanks~~ Sandeul, let’s eat^^“.

The first photos of his series were taken with f(x)’s Victoria and Luna. He wrote, “It’s f(x)~~~!!!!^^ With Song Chi kyakya” for Victoria, and “With f(x)’s Luna~~^^ We did well because you prayed for us. Thank you~~” for Luna.

He also snapped a photo with EXO-K’s D.O and wrote, “With my little brother Kyungsoo~~ Snapped one with D.O^^!!! Thanks~~ Kid, stop getting cooler keke. Thanks to everyone in EXO~ ^^!!!”

Finally, he shared a photo with the beautiful Ailee and wrote, “Thank you Ailee for telling me that “How am i supposed to live without you” was the best~~^^!!! Let’s go on Immortal Song together again kekeke.”

Super Junior’s Yesung announces he will be enlisting in the army this year

Yesung announced that he will be enlisting in the army this year.

During the March 24 ‘Super Show 5‘ concert, Yesung announced the news to his fans stating, “I was a trainee for 5 years, and I was with fans as a Super Junior member for 8 years. I am thankful for all the love. I’d forgotten how precious it was to sing on stage. I realized only now how much it means. While I’m not here, please take care of the Super Junior members. Please don’t forget about me.”

SM Entertainment added, “Yesung will be enlisting this year. There is no decision yet for the exact date and location. He expressed how thankful he was because of the love he received from Korean fans.” They added, “He hasn’t received his notice of enlistment yet. During his physical test, he was ruled as the 4th replacement status, so he’ll be working as a public worker. He’s planning on entering the training facilities when he receives his official notice.”

Super Junior’s Kangin parodies Ga In’s “Bloom” at ‘Super Show 5′

Super Junior‘s Kangin apologized to Ga In of the Brown Eyed Girls.

Kangin tweeted a photo on March 26th with the message, “Ga In, oppa is sorry.”  The photo shows Kangin getting ready to parody Ga In’s hit solo song “Blooming“.

He dressed as Ga In and took the stage on March 23rd and 24th of Super Junior’s world tour, ‘Super Show 5‘.  His parody of Ga In not only shocked the fans but also brought them a lot of laughter. The Super Junior member wore a blonde wig, fishnet stockings, and a pink top and tried to match the sexy concept that Ga In had in her music video.

Kangin went on to say, “Wow, the past two days went by like a dream. It really feels like a dream. I want to thank you all,” sharing his feelings about standing on the stage for ‘Super Show 5′ for the first time in four years after his discharge from the army.

SHINee show off their athletic charms for ‘Sketchers’

SHINee‘s athletic photo shoot for Sketchers has been revealed!

Through the sports brand shoot, the members showed off their stylish and colorful exercise looks. They matched training shorts with simple t-shirts and colorful windbreakers as they posed in various running poses.

Taemin, Minho and Onew donned spring colors in their blue, red, and lime windbreakers, while Jonghyun and Key looked chic and classy in achromatic-colored shirts.

A representative of ‘Sketchers‘ shared, “We revealed SHINee’s photo shoot just in time for spring when it’s nice to jog. For this season, light and active products were released, and we anticipate a big response from people who enjoy jogging or running.”

Super Junior’s Leeteuk and Mighty Mouth’s Sangchu represent the military as ambassadors

Super Junior‘s Leeteuk and Mighty Mouth‘s Sangchu have been representing the country of Korea as idol stars, and they’ve now been appointed as military ambassadors.

The Office of Military Manpower Administration promotional agency Infomaster stated, “Leeteuk and Sangchu will attend the Seoul Military Manpower Administration’s 10th annual military ambassador ceremony in Yeongdeungpogu on the 27th at 10AM KST.”

Leeteuk and Sangchu previously enlisted into the army on October 30th last year.

Davichi’s “Take A Drink Together” continues to dominate music charts

Davichi didn’t disappoint for their long awaited comeback and dominated music charts once again as true ballad queens with their 2nd full length album ‘Mystic Ballad 1990‘.

The album’s title track “Take A Drink Together” previously topped music charts and has grabbed the #1 spot on Soribada‘s weekly chart once again for the third week of March. Their follow-up tracks “You Said You Love Me” (#7), “You Are My Everything” (#11), “Nagging” (#17), “Turtle” (#20), and the rest of their album also ranked high on the music chart.

Meanwhile, TEEN TOP‘s “Miss Right” trailed behind at 2nd place followed by Supreme Team‘s “Stay Still” in 3rd and INFINITE‘s “Man In Love” in 4th.

A ‘Soribada’ representative revealed, “Davichi’s pre-released track ‘Turtle’ has been spotted at the top of the music charts, and not only ‘Take A Drink Together’ but their follow-up tracks helped them achieve an all-kill, giving them the title, ‘music chart powerhouse’.”

Seungyeon turns into a Spring doll for ‘InStyle’

Seungyeon became a lovely doll for ‘InStyle‘!

Her Spring photoshoot for the fashion magazine was recently released online. She posed in see-through blouses or lacy tops along with pink cherry blossoms for a soft, warm photoshoot. She kept her hair slicked back and simple, pulling off a dreamy and mature look with her expressions.

She also talked about her roles as Sookbin Choi in the upcoming SBS drama ‘Jang Ok-Jung‘ stating, “It’s not that she’s evil. She’s more of a character who has a variety of charms. Even though she’s young, she’s fierce, so I think I’ll have a lot fun with this character. It’s like I’ve gone back to my debut days. I’m nervous on how the viewers will see me“.

Super Junior-M’s ‘Break Down’ dominates music charts in Thailand

Super Junior-M are showing great power in Thailand with their 2nd full length album ‘Break Down’.

According to statistics released by Thailand’s biggest album retailers B2S, ‘Break Down’ dominated the TOP 20 chart for 3 consecutive weeks dating from February 25th to March 17th. The title track “Break Down” also maintained its #1 position in True Music Top 20 for 4 weeks from February 18th to March 17th, proving Thai fans’ great interest and love for the unit.

Meanwhile, Super Junior-M successfully held a large-scale fan meeting last February in Bangkok, and the domination of their new album further indicated their huge popularity in the country.

KARA takes adorable selcas in the waiting room

The girls of KARA treated their fans with a series of adorable selcas taken in the waiting room of a Japanese program.

On March 25th, KARA’s Nicole uploaded the photos on her Twitter and wrote “We are just starting! See you soon… 6:55 PM”. The members displayed their funny and cute sides while adorably posing for the camera. They were wearing white stage outfits and cute headbands.

KARA appeared on the Japanese show ‘The Law of R’. During the show, the girls had an interview as well as performed live stage of their latest Japanese single, “Bye Bye Happy Days”. You can watch the performance here.

SHINee’s Onew gets in another trouble for smoking

Currently creating stir with middle finger incident and dating rumor, SHINee’s Onew is caught up in yet another controversy and this time, for smoking electronic cigarette.

A press recently reported about Onew and After School Jung Ah’s dating scandal, and showed photos of them together taken in Apgujeong-dong. One of the photos caught the attention of the netizens which showed Onew puffing on an electronic cigarette.

The photo has been a shock to the public and met with mixed reactions. Some netizens have been defending Onew by saying, “He’s an adult and he wasn’t on broadcast ”, “I was surprised, but I can understand” and more.

However, a number of other netizens commented, “I liked him because of his youthful image”, “He’s in a deep trouble” and “He needs to take care of his image.”
