Henry reported to be one of the possible candidates to join variety show 'Real Men'

Henry, who proved his variety show skills with some of hilarious appearances while promoting his solo songs last year, is being considered for a fixed position on the hit variety show 'Real Men'!

As mentioned before, actor Jang Hyuk announced his leave from the show, which left viewers to wonder who would be taking his spot.

The possible answer to that question came today when several broadcast insiders tipped off Sports Seoul, revealing, "Henry will be joining 'Real Men' as a new member... He'll be the second non-Korean soldier alongside Sam Hammington on the program to add to the fun and liveliness."

When contacted about this report, 'Real Men's production staff told Newsen over the phone, "Henry has not yet been confirmed for 'Real Men'... It's not just Henry but several other stars who are being considered at the moment to join as a new member."

Stay tuned for any updates to come!

Joowon and Sulli film a scene together for their movie 'Fashion King'

Actor Joowon and f(x)'s Sulli were spotted filming a scene for their movie 'Fashion King.'  Pictures were uploaded onto various online communities on February 6, showing the two on set to perform a traditional Korean ritual in which they offer food and show their respects to ancestors.

In the pictures, the two are matching in black outfits as well as in their thin and tall, model-like bodies.  Upon seeing these pictures, netizens said, "I think they are both really tall," "I'm curious as to how Sulli is going to portray her character," and, "I can't wait for the movie 'Fashion King.'"

Based on a webtoon of the same name, 'Fashion King' centers on a high schooler named Woo Ki Myung, played by Joowon, who decides to become the coolest man on earth so he would be good enough for his pretty female classmate.  Meanwhile, his close friend Eun Jin, played by Sulli, has a one-sided crush on him.

Heechul reveals why SM Entertainment did not participate in 'K-Pop Star'

JTBC aired a new episode of 'Ssul Jeon' on February 6 and discussed music survival programs, such as 'Superstar K' and 'K-Pop Star.'

Heo Ji Woong asked Heechul if he knew why SM Entertainment dropped out of season 3 of 'K-Pop Star,' saying, "There are rumors that if they don't do training to a certain extent in SM, it 'gets hard to work together.'"

Heechul said, "In the case with SM, like I said before, when SM produces dramas, they want to take care of their kids," which might explain why SM tends to cast people signed under their agency.  Heechul continued, "Just like that, SM has a sense of duty in which they feel like they need to take responsibility for their [current] trainees."  SM viewed their trainees very highly; consequently, the agency never cast any of the people who auditioned on 'K-Pop Star.'  However, this became controversial as people wondered, "Why don't they cast anyone?" and "Do they not feel any responsibility?"

Heechul said, "There was so much controversy that they decided to just not participate this time."
