Yoochun bags 4 awards at ‘2012 SBS Drama Awards’

JYJ’s Park Yoochun recently made a grand slam and bagged four awards at the recent ‘2012 SBS Drama Awards’ which took place at the SBS Prism Tower in Seoul on December 31.

Yoochun received four awards including Best Actor, Teen Star, Best Couple, and Audience Popularity, thanks to his TV series ‘Rooftop Prince.’

After receiving the awards, the singer-actor said, “Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I lack in so many things, and thank you so much for always watching me positively.”

He continued, “It’s all thanks to many people’s great support that I could become so successful. I’ll keep doing my best.”

Ailee embarrasses Defconn and Jung Hyung Don?

Defconn and Jung Hyung Don recently suffered an embarrassment on the latest recording of MBC Every1‘s ‘Weekly Idol‘ featuring singer Ailee as a guest.

During the regular ‘profile exam’ segment of the show, Ailee revealed that she’s the type who speaks her mind. To this, the singer was asked to share her first impression of Defconn, so she honestly replied, “The more I look at him, I think he has big nostrils.”

Ailee then stated that Jung Hyung Don is the most boring member among the ‘Infinite Challenge‘ cast, causing everyone on set to explode in laughter.

The full episode will air on January 2nd.

Super Junior-M boards a private jet to China for “Break Down” promotions

Super Junior-M boarded a private jet plane for their “Break Down” promotions.

Eunhyuk took to his Twitter to attach the above photo and wrote, “Finishing up the last day of 2012 with SJ-M! Flying to China on our jet~“.

Ryeowook also revealed later that it was member Sungmin, a manager, and a designer’s birthday on January 1st and they had celebrated all of their birthdays on the plane.

Super Junior-M recently revealed a promotional photo and teaser for their newest song.

Performances from the ‘2012 MBC Music Festival’ (Part 3)

On December 31st, MBC held its major annual end-of-the-year ‘MBC Music Festival’ at the MBC Dream Center in Ilsan. Hosted by Girls’ Generation’s Seohyun, Lee Hwi Jae, Boom and MBLAQ‘s Lee Joon, the music festival featured explosive performances and special joint stages from many of this year’s top artists.

Artists were divided into two teams, Blue Team & White Tean, and throughout the show, viewers cast their votes through text messages for their favorite team. It was White Team who was revealed to be the winner at the end!

White Team consists of EXO-K, INFINITE, Big Bang, TVXQ, B2ST, B.A.P, SECRET, MBLAQ, Girl’s Day, Son Dambi, f(x), Jo Kwon and Kwanghee. While Blue Team is made up of BTOB, B1A4, 2NE1, Super Junior, SHINee, Teen Top, T-ara, After School, Sunhwa, Epik High, A Pink, Lee Hi and Ga In.

Other performers included SISTAR, FT Island, CNBLUE, 2AM, Park Jin Young, K.Will, miss A, Epik High, 4minute, ZE:A, Koyote, Roh Ji Hoon, Ailee, Dal Shabet, Dynamic Duo, A-JAX, 100%, Big Star, Lee Hi and Juniel.
