SHINee and f(x) pair up for ‘Auction’ photoshoot

Popular idol groups SHINee and f(x) put on their best spring clothes for their photoshoot with onlineshopping mall, ‘Auction‘.

For the site’s spring catalog, the members of SHINee and f(x) were outfitted in bright, colorful patterns, which were balanced by their sweet, pastel-hued props.

As ever, SHINee’s Onew proved himself to be a great leader by taking the initiative to create a relaxed environment. The idol joked around with the staff and colleagues, and ensured that everyone was smiling through the long hours.

The f(x) members also brought their professional outlooks, as staff members reported that the girls barely looked tired, even though the shoot lasted for two days. f(x)’s Victoria played the role of ‘big sister’ well by giving the younger ones snacks during breaks.

The groups created two ‘couples’ (Onew-Sulli and Minho-Victoria) for the shoot, and they worked perfectly together, as expected of the close labelmates.

SHINee and f(x) will act as Auction’s models for a year, starting this March.

“Heroes” cast visits a rice wine factory

The cast of SBS’s “Heroes” recently visited a rice wine factory to make their own rice wine, in addition to foods using the popular drink.

The filming took place in a traditional wine cultural center called ‘Sansawon‘. The cast made the rice wine themselves and had a competition making food using the fine ingredient.

Since the underage idols IU and Jiyeon couldn’t drink, they were inspired to pour all their efforts into the food competition. They stated, “I didn’t know there were so many dishes that could be made using traditional wines. Since we can’t drink, we’ll work hard on making the food“.

Meanwhile, comedienne Shin Bong Sun kept tasting the rice wine, as she joyfully pronounced, “Rice wine is so tasty!“. Eventually, she had to get restrained by her castmates for ‘drinking’ too much.

The segments have been divided into two episodes, which will air on March 27th and April 3rd.

4minute reveals third solo teaser: Jihyun!

Earlier this week, 4minute’s HyunA and Jiyoon hyped up fans with the releases of individual teasers for the group’s comeback — today was Jihyun’s turn as the leader turned up the sexy factor with a steamy video teaser of her own.

Having received recognition for possessing “bagel girl” charm with her baby face and glamorous body, Jihyun proves in this teaser that she knows how to rock the mature “STEAL 20″ concept as well while maintaining her sweet allure.

As she spritzes perfume on herself, Jihyun muses, ”My image in the mirror, it’s not the same everyday. What I’ve shown of myself so far, it’s not everything. A secret that I only know, hidden deep within me, I will now show it.”

The teaser ends all too soon with the now-familiar question: “Mirror, mirror, who’s the prettiest in the world?”

SHINee & f(x) as Auction’s New Models

Popular idol groups SHINee and f(x) have transformed into the fresh heralds of spring.

The online market Auction revealed today that the SHINee and f(x) members took part in a shoot for an online pictorial book.
In this pictorial, they are seen posing with props like colourful balloons and party hats, and are dressed in refreshing clothes that match well with spring.
Their agency conveyed, “In order to complete this pictorial, the members of both groups worked tirelessly, showing only their joyful images.”
It was also said that SHINee’s leader Onew lifted the mood and created a very harmonious atmosphere by cracking jokes with the other members and staff present.
All of the SHINee members worked hard without letting slip any exhausted expressions; instead, with smiles and mischievous energy, they completed the shoot with a dance rap accompanying them in the background.

f(x)’s Victoria acted as the group’s maknae by delivering snacks to her worn out juniors.The Onew-Sulli and Minho-Victoria couples also showed off how well matched they were.
Meanwhile, Auction will be carrying out advertising and marketing with SHINee and f(x) as their main models for a year, starting this month.

4Minute's JiYoon's teaser released!

JiYoon is shown facing a mirror and wondering about her different personalities as her reflection in the mirror changes.

She wonders : "Did you already see all of my charms?

My fierce self,and my pretty self.

You haven't seen it all yet.

I will show it all to you.

My brand-new charms, anticipate it and love it."

This is a metaphor of how people perceive JiYoon and what she has revealed of herself so far.
She, as a chameleon, has multiple versions of herself and can adapt her personality depending on what she wants people to see.


The teaser ends with a question :"Mirror, mirror, tell me who is the prettiest in the world?"
