TVXQ's Changmin suffered a minor injury while filming 'Our Neighborhood Arts and Physical Education'.

According to the show's reps on the 6th, Changmin participated in a rafting battle when he was suddenly swept away in the rapids. Luckily, he only injured his upper lip. Changmin was treated for his swollen lip and immediately returned to the set.

A representative from the show stated, "The entire staff was shocked by Changmin's fighting spirit. Due to the unforeseen accident, he should have put his safety first, but he always put on the best game even when playing badmintonwithout hesitation. He even received the nickname 'Advancing Changmin'."

SHINee's Key and A Pink's Eunji go on a double date with Taemin and Na Eun on 'We Got Married'

SHINee's Key got exactly what he wished for, a date with A Pink's Eunji!

According to a broadcast insider, Key and Eunji finished filming 'We Got Married' at Wolmido Island, Incheon on the 5th where they went on rides together withTaemin and Na Eun. 

A representative revealed, "The four of them enjoyed a double date at Wolmido Island. It was a one-time appearance. They filmed it with the sweet atmosphere of a blind date."

Viewers may remember that Key previously expressed his interest in Eunji, asking Taemin to introduce him to A Pink, on the August 3rd episode.

BoA, Choi Daniel, ZE:A's Siwan, Kim Ji Won, and more were all smiles during their script reading session for new KBS 2TV drama 'Hope for Dating'!

A representative commented, "The entire cast are close in age and carried out the script reading with a bright atmosphere from start to finish. The actors and actresses brought laughs with their ad-libs and showcased their real, subtle expressions and emotional acting, leaving everyone in admiration."

BoA will play the role of a woman who has no luck when it comes to dating and always ends up dating a bad guy. Co-star Choi Daniel will possibly turn BoA's luck around as a dating expert.

'Hope for Dating', which is a 2-episode pilot drama, will premiere this September!

Super Junior's Heechul to be discharged on August 30th

With his upcoming discharge date later this month, Super Junior's Heechul expressed his wish for a quiet ceremony.

It's been announced that Heechul will be discharged on August 30th. Although his official discharge date was the 31st, he is being discharged a day early because the 31st falls on a Saturday. 

Heechul enlisted as a public service officer in September of 2011 rather than an active duty soldier due to his past, severe injuries from a serious car accident. At the time of his enlistment, about 400 fans had gathered to bid him farewell, so this has been raising questions about whether we'll be seeing a familiar scene at his upcoming discharge event.

However, Heechul has expressed his wish for a quiet ceremony and he and his reps have decided on the direction of making this just a private event. The reason they say is because the idol considers serving as a duty that all Korean men should carry out, and doesn't think it warrants a big and fussy ceremony to welcome him back. 

Hopefully fans will be understanding and honor his wish for a smooth and quiet discharge!

Henry, Dynamic Duo and Yoo Seung Woo to excite KCON 2013

Super Junior-M’s Henry, Dynamic Duo and Yoo Seung Woo will excite fans at the K-pop festival of KCON 2013!

On August 5, KCON revealed three more artists to be performing at ‘M!Countdown: What’s Up LA! Concert’ as part of the large-scale festival. Henry, Dynamic Duo and Yoo Seung Woo will join G-Dragon, EXO, 2AM, Teen Top and f(x) at KCON 2013 which will be held at the Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena on August 24 and 25.

The festival aims to introduce fans to Korean culture including Korean television programs, films, K-pop, food, fashion and beauty through various events such as workshops, fan meetings and celebrity panels.
