Ailee reveals how she lost 10 kg (22lbs) in a month


Ailee talked about her weight loss of 10 kg (22 lbs) in a month.

On a recent episode of SBS's 'Did You Eat?', she talked about her health and her diet, saying, "I controlled what I ate and lost 10 kg in a month. I only ate 500 kcal (500 calories) in a day. I ate 100g of protein, 2 cups of vegetables, and 1 fruit [per day]."

When MC Lee Young Ja expressed her surprise, Ailee said, "I was curious to see how much I could lose. I didn't originally plan to comeback, but my label CEO said, 'Let's have a comeback before you get your weight back', and so I came back."
