This will be the final chance for SM Entertainment and Kris to reach mutual agreement.
According to the Seoul Central District Court on June 11th, the lawsuit between Kris and SM Entertainment has been refered to mediationon the 9th. Both parties will enter the process and have a chance to come up with solutions that can satisfy mutually for the last time. If things doesn't work out, they will proceed with the final trial.
Kris filed a lawsuit for his contract termination on May 15th
