Super Junior‘s ‘Super Show 4‘ performances to held at the prestigious Tokyo Dome on May 12th and 13th have become sold out.
Super Junior member Ryeowook wrote via his official Twitter page on April 19th, “‘Tokyo Dome’. Even just a few days ago, I couldn’t believe we were having an independent Super Junior concert… but wow! I just heard about the show selling out. I am touched ^^ Thank you.”
100,000 of Super Junior’s Japanese fans will flock to the Tokyo Dome to watch them perform. That’s a figure larger than the 80,000 fans who came to watch the boys perform at the Kyocera Dome in Osakalast December.
This is extremely meaningful for the members, considering Super Junior have yet to make a formal Japanese debut, and the boys haven’t even participated in local promotions in Japan.
“I am touched as well,” their fans wrote when they heard the news, as well as “I really like Super Junior“, and “I can’t wait!”
The boys also performed in Taiwan on February 2nd to the 5th, in Singapore from February 18th and 19th, and in Paris on April 6th.
