HOTTEST 3rd batch Fan meeting 2PM's THE HOTTEST PARTY Final Announcement!

JYP updated their Facebook account about the 3rd batch fan meeting of 2PM.

This is the FINAL announcement regarding the HOTTEST 3rd batch Fan meeting 2PM’s THE HOTTEST PARTY. Therefore it is necessary that you thoroughly go through this announcement.

1. Date: 4.00PM, April 1st 2012 (Sun)

2. Location: Peace Palace in Kyounghee University

3. Ticket distribution time and place: 10:30AM ~ 2:30PM at the ticket booth at Peace Palace, Kyounghee University.

(After 2:30PM, ticket distribution won’t be happening, and without the ticket you may be subjected to relevant losses, therefore it is needed that you get your ticket within the given time.)

4. Preparation needed: Identification card (Social security card, passport, driver’s license, etc., of which is given by the government and has your photo on to confirm your identity / in case of students, a student card with a photo and a date of birth on.)

5. Entrance time: 3:00PM ~ scheduled for the entrance (subject to change under circumstances)

* You won’t be able to enter after the start of the fan meeting. Therefore, please come on advanced time for your convenience.

*Fan meeting seats are fixed with your tickets, and are not on first-come-first-served basis.

* You won’t be able to change your seats.

6. Notice:

- Only of those HOTTEST 3rd batch member who completed the ticketing will be permitted to enter the 2PM’s THE HOTTEST PARTY.

- It is forbidden to use any electronic devices that contain the function of the camera / cell phone inside the fan meeting concert hall.

(When caught on using camera devices, you will be forced to exit and won’t be able to re-enter.)

- Please avoid bringing LED plan card and Wuchiwa (folding fan), as it could be of disturbance to others.

- The re-issuing of the ticket is not possible at the time of your ticket loss. Therefore, please pay attention not to lose it.

- Parking within the Peace Palace premise is not possible on the day of the fan meeting.

7. GOODS Local Pick-up and sales place: 11:00AM ~ 3:00PM at GOODS booth at the Peace Palace.

- Preparations needed for GOODS Local Pick-up: YES24 Reservation receipt and Identification card (Social security card, passport, driver’s license, etc., of which is given by the government and has your photo on to confirm your identity / in case of students, a student card with a photo and a date of birth on.)

- At the time of sales at the local premise, the Goods could be sold-out early, and the payment is only capable in cash.

- Anyone of HOTTEST 3rd batch member is capable of purchasing the goods regardless of attending the fan meeting.

(MUST bring the fan club card or identification card that could prove your HOTTEST 3rdbatch membership)

8. Directions

: After getting off at ‘Hoegi’ Station, line number 1, come out on exit number 1. Take ‘Dong-dae-mun 02’ and get off at ‘Oedae.Kyounghee-dae-hoomun’ station. Peace Palace, Kyounghee 4 minutes by walk from the station.

There will be a surprise event on the day of the fan meeting, so please confirm the lucky draw result at the ticket distribution booth.
