KARA‘s Goo Hara and Nicole have shared the secret to their perfect abs and waist.
Hara, who is known for her small waist, was measured to have a 22-inch waist. She then revealed how she kept her figure slim through a simulated exercise.
Goo Hara said that a 10-minute workout on a yoga mat is all that’s needed, along with a pillow as a prop.
She explained, “Spread your legs a little less than your shoulder width and touch your knees together. Then sit with your back straight, and move the pillow side to side, making sure your back does not hunch over. Doing three sets of twenty would be the best.”
Nicole also revealed a quick ab workout using only a mat.
