KARA members revealed their diet secrets.
On the October 9th episode of SBS‘s ‘Good Sunday-Victory‘, KARA appeared to help give advice for those trying to lose weight.
When asked by a challenger on the show about their diet secrets, Seungyeon stated, “We usually eat well, but we don’t gain weight by how much we eat. Instead, it sticks to under our face. If we start to gain weight, we run on the treadmill and jump rope. Since we are dancers and singers, we sing loudly while running on the treadmill.”
Gyuri elaborated with, “The best thing is to exercise as much as you eat.” When asked how long she exercises, she responded with, “When I do aerobic exercises, I bike for one hour and run for one to two hours, and when I want to develop my muscular strength, I exercise even more.”
The innately skinny Goo Hara said, “I don’t do aerobic exercises, I only do muscular exercises.”
Nicole, the member who been on the most diets out of the group, revealed, “I currently do Pilates.”
