Kara makes another best record

The Japanese fourth mini album Go Go Summer, released on June 29, exceeded 20,000 copies in the Oricon album sales in eight weeks since its release, which brought Kara fame as the first foreign singer group who exceeded the 20,000 mark two times in a row.

Another remarkable record is close at hand to be set. For the first time as a Korean girl group, Kara took a step closer to win the Platinum prize that is given to the singers who sell over 25,000 copies in album sales.

Things are promising. Compared to its third album Jet Coaster Love which had taken 12 weeks in exceeding the 20,000 mark, Go Go Summer shortened the period by four weeks.
