Yonsama*-Produced "Dream High" Rises Favorably in Viewer Ratings
"Dream High," a drama currently airing on KBS2 in Korea, is rising favorably in viewer ratings, and is working its way on passing its competition "Athena: Goddess of War."
According to AGB Nielson Media Research on the 12th, the episode of "Dream High" that aired on the 11th recorded an average viewer rating of 13.8% nation-wide. Furthermore, it received a viewer rating of 14.3% in the capital city of Seoul, exceeding the viewer rating of 13.9% for "Athena: Goddess of War" which aired on the same day.
"Dream High," which stars currently active idols, started out with a viewer rating of 10.7% on the 3rd of this month. Loaded with music and dance highlights afterwards, the viewer ratings have been on the rise.
On the other hand, "Queen of Reversals," which airs on MBC in the same time slot, received a 1.7 higher viewer rate than its previous airing, recording at 17.4%. It is currently the most-watched drama for that time slot. Additionally, the KBS1 drama "Smile, Dong Hae" recorded the highest viewer rating of 34.5%, making it shine in the number 1 spot out of all programs that aired that day.
