f(x)'s Victoria is the '2014 Goddess of Asia'

f(x)'s Victoria was crowned as the top '2014 Goddess of Asia' after garnering the highest votes on the poll.

On May 1st, a poll was started to know who will be the '2014 Goddess of Asia.' At first, there were 100 Asian celebrities competing, but only ten names were able to survive the tight competition. To name a few aside from Victoria, f(x)'s Krystal, Park Shinhye and SNSD’s Yoona managed to belong on the top 10 list. The top 3 are Victoria (576,025 votes), Park Shinhye (571,930 votes), and the Chinese actress Liu Shishi (561,229 votes).

The Top 10 will be featured on the cover page of the Chinese magazine 'People' and another magazine will be published entitled '2014 Goddess Edition.' 

KARA's Seungyeon purchases a 5-storey-building in Chungdamdong

It has been reported that KARA's Han Seung Yeon recently purchased a building worth 4.5 billion won in Chungdamdong, Gangnamgu, Seoul.

The building is about 800㎡, has a basement and four floors. On the first and second floor, there are a pharmacy, a real estate office, a restaurant, a Taekwondo academy, a bookstore, an office, and studios.

Seungyeon's agency DSP Media replied to a media outlet, "We did not check the fact about the building of Han Seung Yeon. As it is a privacy of artist, we do not want to meddle in".

Henry reveals the reason why he started singing and dancing on 'Yoo Hee Yeol's Sketchbook'

Henry made a surprise confession why he started practicing his singing and dancing. 

In the broadcast of KBS2's 'Yoo Hee Yeol's Sketchbook' on July 25th, Henry appeared as one of the guests on the show and showcased hispiano and violin skills.

He said during the talk time with Yoo Hee Yeol,"I started learning music when I was 6 years old but I really hated it at that time. I even got hit from my mom because of it but I started enjoying it when I was 10". 

He continued," When I won 1st place at the piano and violin competitions for the first time, I thought,"This actually feels good?". 

Henry then shared a story from his school days,"When I was in middle school, I had a friend who liked dancing and he was very popular among the girls. So when I entered high school, I started dancing and singing, it's all because of the girls".
