f(x) sweeps music show trophies with “Rum Pum Pum Pum”

f(x) took all the winning trophies of televised music shows over the week.

The group nabbed the trophies with their chart-topping title track “Rum Pum Pum Pum” starting with the August 7 broadcast of MBC Music’s ‘Show Champion’ as well as on Mnet’s ‘M! Countdown’, KBS’ ‘Music Bank’ and SBS’ ‘Inkigayo’.

MBC didn’t announce the winner this week since the program put on a summer special which was prerecorded due to the taping schedule of Sokcho Summer Festival, held at the same time of the show’s live airing.

SM Entertainment also uploaded a celebratory picture with the captions, “Last week, #fx was ranked #1 in all the Korean music shows and also on the Billboard Kpop Chart. Thank you!!”, showing f(x) members posing happily with their trophies.

Heechul gets distracted while taking a photo with Son Dam Bi?

Son Dam Bi and Super Junior's Heechul attempted to take a photo together, but it seems that the 'big space star' had other things on his mind.

"Heechul...ㅋㅋ" the soloist simply wrote to her Twitter earlier today.

The picture shows a smiling Dam Bi looking at the camera, while Heechul's attention seems to be diverted towards a different place entirely!

T-ara snap a picture after a successful concert in Hong Kong

T-ara members gathered together for a picture in celebration of a successful 'It's T-ara Time' concert in Hong Kong. After their ending stage, all of the members gathered together for a cute picture in their waiting room, each wearing a t-shirt with their initials stamped on it to signify their bond together.

On August 10th, T-ara heated up Hong Kong's night with about 8000 fans during their two and a half hours of performances! The girls thanked the fans for their love and told them that they had reminded them of the preciousness of their support.

When they came down from the stage, T-ara also told the staff that they will always try their best and hardest on stage. Meanwhile, T-ara's second Japanese album 'Treasure Box' had recently ranked in first place on the Oricon Chart.

f(x)’s Sulli snaps a photo with Japanese fans’ flower wreath

f(x)’s Sulli recently shared a lovely photo of herself.

On August 11, she wrote on her personal me2day, “Did everybody have a good day today? I was so excited to be with my Japanese fans at the event! Hope to have such an opportunity again in future. Let’s be together forever.” 

Attached the post is a photo of Sulli posing cutely in front of the flower wreath sent by Japanese fans. Her adorable smile especially drew much attention from the fans.

SHINee’s Jonghyun denies dating rumors with Nine Muses’ Kyungri

After having been spotted going to the movie theater together, SHINee’s Jonghyun has clarified the dating rumors surrounding between him and Nine Muses member, Kyungri.

On August 11th, Jonghyun tweeted, “I see community sites have been talking about me a lot. To tell you the fact, I went to the movies with my friends, and they’re just my friends not celebrities. I hope no harm comes to those who had nothing to do with it.”

He added, “I found out because my friend sent me a picture. I’m happy to know that there’re many people who care about me, but it’s late and you should get to bed. I’m sorry to those who are surprised to the news. Even though it’s something that I don’t have to be sorry about, I’m still sorry.”

The post came after photos and rumors quickly spread on online communities claiming that Jonghyun had went on a movie date with Nine Muses member, Kyungri.

KARA goes for a manly concept for September comeback

KARA, who are currently busy with Japanese promotions, announced their local comeback this September, breaking one year’s hiatus.

The group has finally confirmed their return with the fourth studio album in September and released a teaser image of five KARA members going for a manly concept, donning black men’s suits and boyish hairstyles.

The girls haven’t revealed a specific date of the release, so stay tuned on DKP for more updates on their comeback.
